Our Zpizza in San Clemente does an outstanding job. They always put together great quality pizzas that are always hot. Delivery times are quick. The staff and the restaurant are helpful and willing to help resolve any issues that come up. Strongly recommend. Lots of good, healthy pizza options too. They always use great quality ingredients. Best for takeout or delivery. Super limited seating inside the restaurant. Very limited seating outside the restaurant. Plenty of parking.

I am a long time customer but we have had two bad pizzas in a row and will have to take our business elsewhere from now on. We figured the first time was a fluke but was disappointed again this weekend. The last pizza was like school cafeteria pizza. So something is wrong with your quality control but I can’t keep paying premium prices for mistakes. I tried to contact the store through the website but received no reply.

First experience taking the family to Zpizza, and it was a better experience than expected. I had imagined a case full of 12-hour old pizza slices that we would choose from… we’ll just say I was uninspired to go, but the kids were hungry! I keep being told it’s my job to feed them so off we went! The service first impression was friendly and positive right off the bat, and it got better pretty quick… because instead of stale slices we were able to build our own and have it made right then and there just like the “other place” we usually go to. So the kids were automatically in because they love to order their own pies. When we received the food, everything was great. The crust was just right, which was way beyond my expectations. We were pretty stoked on the overall experience. Go there! Get pizza!

I keep trying to like this local establishment but again they disappoint. When you pay 40$ for a pizza you expect that they can make it correctly, instead the crust is burnt and the sausage missing. One previous occasion the forgot the sauce (how does that happen?). Another soggy uncooked crust, this time, no sausage. When I called the store… we can give you five dollars off on the next pizza. Really? No thanks! No won’t ever be back.

The pizza was fine but their website charged the wrong card using a saved one instead of the one I entered in. I called the store immediately after placing the order and the guy on the phone said he could not fix it then and refused to cancel the order so I could just reorder. However, he promised and assured me he would call me back to fix it but never did. Not a reflection on the food but I was expecting better service.

Extremely poor customer service from the manager at this location, which is super disappointing as we have frequented this location and never had an issue prior. The manager took the order incorrectly and the wrong pizza was delivered. After calling and advising the location of the error, the manager called back to defend his accurate order taking rather than resolve the issue.
