This place is a great spot for sushi and Japanese food. They can sometimes be swamped, so please give them time and patients; typically, there are only two servers for the whole restaurant. All the food that they serve you is so delicious!

A friend and I came In Saturday for lunch around 1pm. There wasn’t a wait, we were seated promptly and greeted in a very friendly manner. The menu is small which imo is a great sign of house made food. We had the Gyoza- pork dumplings as a starter, wrappers made fresh in house and perfectly seasoned and cooked. Then we both got the spicy crunchy salmon roll for $8.50 great price and the roll was very fresh. And a good price for a roll. Then we got the volcano roll, it was fantastic. It’s labeled as spicy but it is not, I cannot handle any spice and ate this comfortably and got the bad daddy roll again fantastic and flavorful. My friend and I were big on blue sushi in town and yes that’s great but what makes this different is that they don’t tip their rolls with tons of Mayo and sauces, the rolls don’t need it, they stand on their own. Our waiter which I assume was an owner? He was the best he gave us info on the restaurant as well as shook both our hands and welcomed us for coming in. We didn’t try the ramen this time but no worries, we will be back in probably 2 week. Our only complaint is the seating, the chairs are very small and uncomfortable.

Oh my gosh, here is a treat for you guys, if you love ramen but want a little more then a bowl of noodles and soup you def need to go here. The amount of different bowls of ramen and the flavors are unreal and so flavorful. It is so filling its hard to finish the whole thing. I also had the California roll and that I did finish the flavors were so fresh I ate the whole plate and of course they even have boba tea, a fruity and creamy mango boba was so good. The bartender was suoer friendly and explained everything I needed to have a very yummy lunch!!! So fun they even have a robot to bring your drinks. Def a retun visit!!

This place was so good so hard to fine authentic Ramen, and having a Japanese grandmother, made my heart melt. Fahim was our server/bartender & he was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. He was so down to earth and authentic to himself, and as someone who worked at a bartender and now in healthcare, it’s so hard to fine people who are themself at work, and he was just perfect. He made me and my boyfriend feel so comfortable as it was our first time there. He made this drink, and it was made out of Japanese gin, and it was the best drink I’ve ever had. It was so pretty. This drink isn’t on the menu, this was his chemistry skills out to the test & these was no disappointment. I recommend this place & him as your server for the experience. He knows Japanese & he can tell you the culture, the drinks and everything. This was definitely a 10/10 experience

Loved all the food ! I am giving 4 start bc they do not have lunch menu so if you don’t want to spend a lot lunch consider somewhere else. But the food was amazing! The sushi chef was so nice and gave us little extra treat.

Wonderfully delicious. We were a party of four so we tried several dishes and weren’t disappointed. The server was knowledgeable of every item and offered suggestions based on our tastes for spicy or mild and was very efficient. Chairs are a bit too small but booth seating comfortable. There are too sections in the restaurants – fast deli style or dining room service. Definitely a go back to place.

Absolutely my new favorite place in Lexington! This place is super clean, lit perfectly, and the music was at an enjoyable level for table conversation. My son in law and I both had the Katsu Don, neither of us could finish it as the serving was huge. Just absolutely delicious. My son had the Buddha Roll, (pictured) which looked liked a landscape sculpture. Beautiful and also delicious! The other highlight of the night aside from everything previously listed, was the robot table server, complete with cat ears and digital cat face. The tiny tot at the table beside us was just enthralled.

From the owner of Miyako, this concept has a welcome place on the south side of town. I’m not cultured enough in the nuances of Japanese cuisine to go into a wild amount of detail (see my menu pics) but my small group had a pleasant experience! We shared orders of the gyoza (5 delicious pieces) and edamame (a heaping portion), and they each enjoyed a bubble tea while I opted for hot green tea. I was hesitant about the spice level of the ‘spicy’ ramen, so our server generously offered to mix the spicy miso with the regular miso, and it was perfect! Our food and drinks were all delivered via the robot, which added a fun element to the meal. I’m not sure if/when I’d go back, or why I feel that way, which is the only reason I can’t give a 5-star review; something along the way wasn’t compelling enough. Otherwise I’d encourage anyone to try this place at least once – it may become your new favorite!

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and was blown away! The atmosphere, bubble tea, food, and service were all amazing. Also, they have serving robots which is super cool to me. I can tell that we are going to become regulars here very quickly!
