I wanted to rate this higher but there were too many issues. I ordered the Ohana Time Poke Bowl. It was initially going to be presented with half an avocado, but was black and obviously not appropriate for serving. I had to ask to have it replaced, then I got a quarter of an avocado but at least it was still good. There was a hair in my food. The face touching reported in another review also occurred. Before I noticed the hair the flavors were good. It’s a shame, if we’ll executed this would be a favorite.

I personally would not recommend this place to anyone even if it’s to just get a quick bit in the mall. The food isn’t quality for the price if you’re looking for ramen in specific I highly recommend Soupa Saiyan. I paid 16.50 for a ramen bowl. I was handed the bowl steaming hot with no utensils/napkins or bag. The cashier ended up pointing at the utensils It’s just not worth the money. Food tasted okay. I was looking for a google review on wether to spend my money here but I decided to and was disappointed.

If you had told me 5 years ago that I’d be eating authentic black garlic tonkotsu ramen at the Florida Mall I wouldn’t have believed you. But here it is, completely leveled up! The ramen wasn’t overcooked, the broth was piping hot and perfect! I don’t know about their poke bowls yet, but I can absolutely recommend the ramen!

It’s a nice ramen spot in Florida mall dining area. I ordered Shoyu ramen and it was delicious and worth it! I didn’t know that they had poke so I wanna try poke next time. They have good quality food. I recommend it!

It was my first time visiting the mall and I saw that they had a poke spot so I had to try it out. I did the build your own bowl. For my protein I chose spicy tuna and shrimp. The spicy tuna recipe needs to be worked on. It didn’t taste like spicy tuna at all. The shrimp needs to be sliced into bite size pieces or in half. The cucumbers also should either be thinly sliced or made into smaller bite size pieces. It was a nice portion and other than the spicy tuna it wasn’t that bad. It could be better though.

Thoughtful, flavorful, no-fuss Japanese quick eats! They were kind enough to accommodate my special request for Kani salad as my protein base (instead of Kani stick), and their Kani salad is definitely satisfying. Takoyaki was also pretty strong for the price! Reminds me of getting fast food at Japanese amusement parks!

I’ve tried the ramen but not the poke, and so far, best ramen since Naroodle that closed down. I like Kombu but their people are super rude and blame customers for their mistakes. Moving on, the spice is great and the flavor is on point. Best part is that when you order extra meat, you actually get extra meat! Bummer though is that the egg is only half an egg, and their debit machine works intermittently. I’ve been there a handful of times and have had to use my credit card instead a few times now. Also, I would love for them to stick bean sprouts, please! The staff is always nice and haven’t had any issues. Even great via DoorDash. Thank you for being a nearby option

Everything was OK, the attendance amazing the employees very friendly and the food so good, my 2 kids never taste a Ramen and their liked a lot. Atmosphere 4 star is not bad because they are inside the florida mall.
