Nice quiet spot, feels like home…not fancy but it’s clean. The sushi was awesome really flavorful. The fried rice was so so so good, I love when my food is hot and it came out smoking hot . Love the soup. We don’t eat meat so some of the selections we couldn’t have, but the ones we had was super delicious. I would definitely go again. It’s worth a try if you are in the area.

Someone in the South Jersey Food Scene FB Group recommended Zushi Dozo. We visited tonight for Valentine’s Day. It surpassed our expectations and is now our new favorite sushi place! It is definitely on par with Megu for sushi. There are lots of items on their menu you won’t find elsewhere. We ordered the Beef Negi-Maki, Trifecta Roll, Second Wife, and Stuffed Bamboo Roll (mostly avocado and so amazing when you eat it with wasabi). Really delicious! We were surprised it was not more crowded. Located in a strip mall on 70 in Cherry Hill across Camden Community College.

Can I just say how awesome this place is!? We hosted a birthday here for one of the ladies at our church, and Zushi Dozo went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Showed up 30 minutes before closing. They were chill about it. Served me normal. Reminded me of a place I used to eat in Brooklyn nyc. The lady who greeted me was very nice. Sushi seemed good quality. Thanks for the service. Support family business!!!!

Where do I begin….. The staff is amazing for such an unassuming place I’m sure many people have drove by plenty of times, but that is a crime. Please stop and treat yourself. We came early on a Saturday and had the place (kinda) to ourselves. The owner of head chef came out and gave us honest choices and amazing service. We went all out and ordered alot. It’s all worth the price and ambiance. The food and flavors! Wow! The spice, 0-5 (I had 5 on the side) it was so good I sipped the broth when I was done. The food is so fresh it melts in your mouth. We will be back with friends! Def worth the toll and trip across the bridge.

Came here for dinner and had an EXCELLENT meal! We got the spicy tuna ‘sandwich’, the nigiri lover, spicy scallop roll and eel sashimi. All of it was absolutely delicious, and dare I say the best sushi we’ve had in south jersey. Seems to be a family run operation which is so great. The seafood and rice tasted so fresh and was perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend!
