I’m a big food truck fan and had been wanting to try Zydeco’s for a while now, I was not disappointed! We caught them at Cooper’s Landing, a bit late as they were selling out, but got a Swamp Platter with Cajun fries. Excellent all the way around. Fun & Friendly service, food was hot and delicious. Authentic Cajun seasoning. My son described the catfish as “light and fluffy with the perfect spicy coating”. The Kickin’ Fried Shrimp was perfect. They were out of the bang-bang sauce and voodoo rolls, but they sound amazing and I will be back for them, along with the rest of their menu.

ZYDECO has excellent food Can’t keep up with them enough Theur Cajun catfish us delicious. That sauce that comes with ir will make you reach for more. Their fish poor boy us awesome too. They are a great service to the community, and wherever their truck goes. It’s hard for me to catch them sometimes, and others who are Wheel chair bound. I pray one day soon they will be on Sam’s Healmart parking lot. I’ll sure be there

I ordered the voodoo egg rolls and the Cajun potato salad with a canned soda and dinner roll for $10 I was very satisfied! The sauce was perfect with the egg rolls and the potato salad had a nice extra kick of flavor. Can’t wait to try again.
