I live at a single family home. I had placed an order and it never showed up. Since I called the store at four hours instead of two hours, I was not entitled to the food I payed for. The guy answering the phone said that a lot of people “try to get away with” calling past two hours. The only thing I want to get away with is getting what I pay for. It is called theft, Jimmy Johns. Anyways, they offered me a $7 credit on my 30 something dollar order. So they can admit to failing to deliver my order, but they are only going to pay a fraction of the cost to rectify it. Smart business decision seeing that my family has spent hundreds upon hundreds at your shop. Keep your $7, my friend.

Last night, Oct. 27th, a friend came into your store and order two double roast beef sandwiches. The 13 in. One was to have onion on it. He got no onion. The other one was just the regular. However the second one had NO roast beef and NO cheese. It only had lettuce, tomato and Mayo. When I called to complain( sandwich was $10), they tried to deny it, then apologized, and told me I could come in for a free one. I believe they should either deliver one to me, send me a coupon or send my money back. I should not have to go to them. Please resolve this issue

Literally horrible every single time first of all the delivery was terrible super long then she called saying she couldn’t find my home while I was actively watching her just sit in her car doing nothing the. I’m sorry to say this but I ordered a sandwhich nearly a year ago and it was the best thing I had ever tasted. I ordered a sandwhich two days ago. I was not upset set I was exsaperated. The quality of the food was old, everything from the bread to the meat. I didn’t ask for meat or cheese or veggies just meat and peppers. My bread was even soggy. I will not be ordering again even after I had called and waited.It could have been a computer error on my order, but I called I was told that the items had to be on the sandwhich concidering it’s size. I find it strange that anyone will have to suffer a stomach ache due to food intollerance of certain foods being eatten together simply because of the sizeof a sandwhich when your website says you can customize. It’s interesting really. My stomach had been hurting all day the morning after, which has turned my off of eatting fast food altogether. I would rather not order anything out to eat again. Clearly this is not just a managment problem or a crew issue. I will not order anything out to eat again.

Better hope you’re in their delivery radius. Even if you’re 1.5 Mi away, they can’t deliver to you because their “policy” doesn’t allow for that. I was told to contact a “closer store”. The closer store to me (and the one I usually go to) is closed today. So of course I wouldn’t think it’s a big deal ordering from 0.5 Mi to 1.5 Mi away but apparently it’s impossible for them to go the extra mile. Literally. I’m not mad at the employees doing their jobs, and I’m actually impressed with how respectful the employee was when he heard my disappointment on the phone. Regardless, I’m disappointed in the company’s petty and non-consumer friendly policies. But whatever, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
