The food was very good and the service was quick and efficient. We ordered on the app to have our order served through the tube. It was a fun idea but not as exciting as it seemed. Still recommend trying it out!

This Taco Bell never fails to get your order wrong. They will give you a taco with barely any meat, they constantly don’t look at the customizations and always get them wrong. I called this Taco Bell and they told me I needed to file a complaint on the app and they would get back to me. After a week they had not so I called again and was told the same thing. They gave us a burned Crunchwrap and put sour cream on it. The cheesy Gordita crunch had the wrong sauce as I asked for chipotle and to remove the other sauce. On top of that, we waited 30 minutes with one car in front of us and a few cars surrounding us. All food was cold and little toppings. We have given them one more shot and again, they got it wrong. There was barely any meat on anything. They did not give us chips for our chips and cheese and we had half of someone else’s order. This night we got there right away, got our food right away, and somehow it was still ice cold. Would not recommend.

Using gravity to serve food what a great tool. The food was great did not however know that you had to order through the app to get it from the gravity DEFY-ing tubes. Hope I do get to go back one day . Plenty of drive thru lanes .

Everything about this place is awesome, except they just can’t seem to get things straight. The whole point of using the app is to customize your order and getting what you want and getting it right. Too bad you get charged for your customization and rarely get it.

This seems to have better food than the walk in restaurants. I like that I can see my order on the screen when ordering. The young person at the pickup and pay window was very nice. We will use the Defy option from now on rather than the other Taco Bell restaurants.

Taco Bell Defy! It’s still Taco Bell, so you are likely familiar with their food. It’s basically like a bank drive through, but with food. The tacos and burritos at this location were stuffed full and were definitely fresh which was great. The Nachos BellGrande were a little bit light on beef, but it was nice that there wasn’t too much cheese so the chips stayed crunchy. This is a new concept store and it just opened this week, so it was extremely busy. This made the wait fairly long, but it was understandable since they just opened. I’m sure things will improve over time.

Definitely a cool and interesting concept. You place a mobile order, scan your code and pull up to the chute to pick up your order. Helpful for keeping interactions to a minimum, but, with the press of a button, a team member is there to help. You also have the option to pick up inside. This location is used to test different food items as well. Tried the chicken wings. Pretty solid for drive thru wings from a non-chicken spot.

How was Taco Bell the first place to figure out drive through efficiency?

Such a fun experience! Good, fast service and the cinnabon delights were delicious. It was our babies first Taco Bell trip at 23 days old, he got to taste some cinnamon sugar.

This Taco Bell is one of the newly designed restaurants. I believe 4 drive through lanes. The food was good but by far the slowest one I have been to. Employees were friendly. Maybe they are short of staff. I thought with the new design, it would be very quick. The store we usually go to is easily 10 times quicker with the same amount of people in line.
