First time I called he said I should order min 80,00 to delivery. I did, because I have guest and didn’t mind. Second time I called again already expecting they will ask for 80,00 order BUT NOT. He said need to be 100,00 now. And the reason is because I’m 15min distance from them. Unbelievable. This is the problem of some business, they try to get advantage when they found a good opportunity. The food was good but now they lost a client.

I placed an order over the phone for me and my family. When we arrived home, we opened the lid and found a piece of ribs that looks like it was eaten before; someone’s remaining food there was barely meat around the bones. It was obvious that the piece was cooked more than one time and there was barely meat around the bones. As I was looking at it, I noticed a piece of plastic attached onto the rib. Customer service was horrible.. We called and asked for the manager, and once we told him the story and he gave no reaction we told him we would give him a bad review. His response was, word for word, “do whatever you want, I don’t care.”

Placed a large taco order for my brother-in-law’s birthday this past weekend && the food was AMAZING! Everyone at the party was raving about how fresh and tasty they were & with red and green sauce to appeal to all levels of spiciness. Across the board owner and staff are great people and very nice. They called me as soon as my tacos were ready and when i arrived they were very helpful to load up my car. Long story short you need great food this is the place!

This is my favorite spot to eat when I am in Plainfield NJ. The ribs are soft and packed with favors. The rice and black beans pair so well together. Nothing is over salted but the perfect balance of flavor. Best part is it is budget friendly. The prices are very fair and you get a lot of food.

We have always ordered from this place and the food is always good but unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here anymore. We ordered our food over the phone to pick up and they told us 25min over the phone. We arrived 40 min later to give them time to prepare the food because they never prepare it on time. But as we arrived the food was still not ready. My husband simply asked one of the girls that worked there by the name of “ASHLEY” why is it taking so long if they told us 25 min over the phone. She proceeded to be nasty and even cursed at my husband. He asked for the manager and told him is it acceptable for your employees to behave this way to customers and he didn’t say anything he just sent her to the back room. Honestly I don’t care how good the food is in a restaurant if they have employees that behave in this manner in any establishment it will not prosper. They will no longer get our business sad to say. They need to fire that girl by the name of Ashley and I advice anyone that wishes to have great customer service not to go there because you won’t get it.

The food is good but they can never get an order correct. The problem is the rude woman who always answers the phone. I’ve ordered three times from this resturant and all three times something has been missing/wrong. The third time i was fed up and asked for a refund for one item and she laughed at me then hung up on me! I called back and asked for a manager and was given more attitude! I’m a person that tips off of customer service and quality. Unfortunately they get one star because of her. People should get what they pay for and if they are unhappy then they should find a way to satisfy the customer. Won’t be ordering from them anymore.
