I agree with others that they definitely give less food with takeout orders. I’m not sure if they changed the size of the chip bags but I was shocked at the tiny bag I received, it looked like it was for small kids but I paid full price. Then when I opened it there was maybe 10 or 15 chips in the bottom of the already small bag. My burrito bowl also wasn’t even half filled up the sides of the container and was mostly lettuce with rice and beans. I paid extra for chicken al pastor and could barely taste there was chicken in it or even find it. Haven’t had this issue at other locations

Placed an online order at 8:20pm for 8:50pk pick up. Arrived at 8:55pm. Order was not ready and lady working the registered was as rude as can be and said if I’m not calling name it’s not ready. I showed her the app saying it was ready. Other customers were waiting so I politely waiting 20 minutes later at 9:15pm I checked in again and same rude response. Finally at 9:20 I basically begged her to check on it and they didn’t even have a ticket or was working on it. Then the cashier proceeded to say she was doing me a favor by printing the ticket to have the food finally made. I left at 9:30pm for an 8:50pm pickup that all along said it was ready in the app. See in the pics the 9:20 rivulet print time but with a promise time of 8:50pm. Poorly run location that doesn’t care about its clients.

Horrible. I placed 2 online orders today. The time they said it would be available it wasn’t, received it 15 minutes later. Also, when I got my order finally I opened my bowls of food at the store and in the picture is literally what they gave me. I made a complaint he then made me a new order. But why if I didn’t open my food there I would have only noticed it when I got home. Smh. Disappointed.

No fork, and got an entire container of sour cream on my bowl… also, why do we allow staff to openly eat behind the line? Totally not servsafe appropriate… I won’t be back to this location or any Chipotle again. I’m over it. It’s so inconsistent and overpriced.

Based on the service, if I could give this location zero stars, I would. Do not order from this location unless you are ordering in person and can watch them make it. If you are ordering on the app for pick up or to be delivered, do yourself a favor and don’t! It is wrong every time. No, literally. The worst part is they don’t seem to care and don’t do anything about it…. just keep getting it wrong.

Don’t order pickup through the app, as you can see from previous reviews, the fill the bowl half way. It’s a scam, they do it purposely, I called to speak to the manager bc I wanted to place another pick up order today since I work from home and it’s convenient, she gave me attitude and kept saying “ umm hm” they don’t care and don’t want to fix this issue clearly. All previous reviews are complaining about the same thing. Do better chipotle.

Cashier was great tonight. They were out of kid chips (for kids meal) and the cashier was told to sub fruit by another employee. He saw we had Guacamole and gave us the pre portioned regular size chips. Amazing customer service.
