Awful avocado toast for $15! And it took 30 minutes to make it when the restaurant was not even full. It was about five people in the morning. First of all, the egg white around the yolk was not cooked. I ate an egg white which was cooked with bread. There is thin layer of old avocado (dark one) with a thik layer of onion! This is not avocado toast, this is onion toast! Who is adding this amount of onion on the top of morning toast! Waste of money, terrible food! Go with Mercary or something cafe downstairs next to elevators. Good cheese danish and coffee. Way cheaper and reasonable price.

The burrata bruschetta is absolutely amazing, must have if you’re in to bruschetta. The salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly and their mixes veggie medley and charred asparagus were an amazing accompaniment. Food was absolutely stellar.

My partner and myself had a layover at the Chicago O’Hare airport so we decided to get a room for the day at the Hilton. We went for breakfast in the lobby of the Hilton hotel and was greeted by the host of Andiamo. Let’s just say Emma was a treat to meet. We shared a great conversation with her as well as good laugh.

Never had I have such watery hash brown, a Bennie not on muffin, and only on one toast, the other toast it just blank, the toast taste like they’re made up of sugar and wouldn’t really qualify for toast. It taste overall, like a 1-3 dollar meal, not 17.95..

Terrible service, it can’t be worse. It starts with the receptionist, through the waiters, disrespectful, rude. Unfortunately I had two meals at very different times, with different teams, but I only had very bad experiences with the service. Meals ok, nothing more. If you’re going to board, it’s worth waiting a while to have a meal inside the terminal than eating at this place.

Customer service was horrible lol now let’s talk about the food I paid $34 for shrimp and gritz and this is how they prepared my meal wow !!! I was so surprised this was how it came spoke to the manager and she was not helpful at all this is a shame. Shrimp tasted good tho

The customer service at this establishment did not match the ambience nor the awesome tasting food. They have a sign posted reading seating will take 30min, meanwhile there was 5 open tables. I asked a male waiter if they were seating guests. I was told no and I asked him why, he told me the cook decides when they can start seating guests. So I commented saying even while you several available tables. So I continued to wait as they sat the next person in line as I was left waiting next. When it came time for me to be seated they welcomed my party along with others. But then the couple that was seated after mine had their order and food before my table. As I was waiting on my food another couple was annoyed with waiting in line and decided to go to a table on their own and the waitress didn’t bother to stop them. As I stated in the beginning the service didn’t match the rest of my experience. The wings I ordered was very delicious and they had several sports on TV for entertainment. But I truly believe customer service makes up 50 percent of any business experience if not more. So I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Shout out to Miss Emma who welcomed me and my daughter after an extensive day of travel. I was traveling alone with a toddler, having flights delayed and unexpectedly staying the night in Chicago. While picking up food one of the staff, Emma, was warm and welcoming. She gave my daughter some crayons and a menu to color while we waited for our food. She handled incoming guests while checking in on us like a pro. Emma, you are amazing thank you so much. You never know how far a little kindness goes – five star service! God bless you!
