Awful plates to say the least. Noodles were dry, had no flavor and felt like we were chewing grass. If you dare to chew the food and attempt to swallow it, it felt like you might just choke on it and never live to see another day. Green bell peppers had a bitter taste to it. White rice box was half full and the rice was dry too… left over/old rice. Whomever made our plates did not add any type of sauce to our plates. Meat was dry and lacked flavor, as well. When you move the noodles to the side of the plates, you’ll see no sauce but just dry plate bottom. There was nothing pleasant about these two plates last night. If I wanted to cook dinner last night we wouldn’t have driven to this restaurant for a take out dinner. Way to run dinner!

You order what you want at the kiosk and they prepare everything for you. Dining area was clean and nice with all the windows. There’s a place to enter additional notes and they give you heat levels to choose.

They changed the entire ordering process. You don’t use the kiosks anymore. It’s a pay by weigh style now. I like the set price as I did not have to guess what I’d be charged. The dining room is a lot louder now the glass that separated the kitchen to the dinning room is gone.

Myself & my wife each ordered a combo meals.I had 2 meats and lot of veggies with medium spicy. My wife had 1 meat and veggies and mild spice. Mine was definitely spicer than my wife’s. The employees add the items in the bowls behind glass and weight then before sent to the Chef. The Chef prepares the contents and is served steaming hot. They come with a lot of noodles and more than I liked. The portions were each big and neither of us could finish them. They had a big selection of drinks that was self service, including refills. The staff was friendly.

Business Hours Say Closes at 9:15!!! I stepped in their Door at 9pm!! I was told sorry we’re closed! The people at the counter directed me to try to order online!! IF YOU CAN!!! She stated! So VS taking a customer in that was clearly inside of your business perimeters you felt like being rude! So much for good service these days! And the young girl that works up front is very very unwelcoming! She looks and speaks to customers as if she’s bothered by them!

This is 1 bowl! . I will be eating 3 times on this. Today was the grand opening.. very clean, nice atmosphere & friendly staff eager to help you. 5 kiosks/ pay stations to Choose your meats, veggies, sauces & spice level from Zero to as hot as you like. Delicious I will definitely be back.

Took over an hour for two plates. Watched the cashier hold our food behind the counter for the last 15 min of that wait until we threatened a to get a refund. Food definitely wasn’t worth waiting for at all. Save your time and money. Will not be returning

Compared to the whole in the wall grills this place is absolutely top notch! Unlike others this place is almost completely hands off. The servings are huge and let’s face it, if it’s not good it’s because you built a bad bowl of ingredients!! Will definitely be a common stop for me now.

Do NOT go here if you are in a hurry. It took 30 minutes to get our food. it was not busy. We waited so long, we had to go see if they had forgotten our order. The food was ok. Nothing special. When you go in, there are computers that you can order from. I liked that a lot. There were pictures of all your options. The problem was that there were only tiny little pieces of most of the vegies I ordered. I ordered tomatoes, and had two tiny pieces of tomato skin. Look at the photo. I ordered 7 different vegetables and all I really saw was broccoli and mushrooms. I paid $14.00 FOR THIS! It did come with a drink. SO NOT WORTH IT.

Yesterday was my first time trying. I like using the terminal to order, it gave me time to think about what I wanted. There was a very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, professional “cashier” assisting with the terminals. She even helped me pair my flavors!!! Considering it is all cooked fresher to order my order was ready in a very reasonable amount of time. The food was delicious and a “single” lasted me two meals.
