I ordered 2 Breasts, and three small sides. I was charged $20.40. After reviewing the sales receipt it looks like I was charged $8.79 for a 2 pc Combo, plus $4 for a 2nd breast instead of a wing; plus I was charged for two addition sides instead of one additional side. I didn’t want a roll and I didn’t want a soft drink. I was traveling through Sierra Vista and didn’t notice the charge until I got home. Beware!!

Justin(manager) in the drive-through needs an attitude adjustment. Very poor social skills. Rude and overall nasty demeanor. It seems he may have deliberately sabotaged my order because I confronted him about his disgusting behavior. I received half my order and it was in shambles “see pictures“. I suppose to Justin a five piece Nashville hot really means a three piece and a large side of green beans means don’t close the lid so it will spill everywhere. That I can tell you was very much appreciated. Didn’t receive our small sides of green beans and I was missing a biscuit, however The biscuit that I did receive looks like somebody crumbled it in their fist. I did call and speak with Justin the manager and his outright awful behavior continued. Thank you so very much for this very pleasant experience. ♂️ Zero stars!!!

Stopped in KFC on my lunch break. The restrooms were locked, so I asked for the code. The employees advised me they were for paying customers only. I told them I was going to buy lunch, I just needed to use the restroom first. They said management had advised them they could not allow anyone to use the restrooms until they purchased something. How petty. You can really tell management is bitter towards their customers and employees. So I went next door to Wendy’s, used the restroom, ordered my food, and left.

What a mess. First I ordered on my app, 2 orders of the new spicy wraps. What a joke. Placed pickup for 5pm. I called that I would be there earlier that expected because I received a notification at about 4:00 that my order was ready and waiting.I arrived about 4:20 and the person said to pull to the window. Then she tells me that the order was sitting for awhile that they were going to remake it.she brings it out to my car and only had 2 items I the bag, she apologized and said they would make the other 2. When I finally got home 2 of the wraps only had chicken and pickles in them. The chicken was so tough you couldn’t chew it. Never again. Will never go back to this store.

They were out of original recipe chicken. The staff was abrupt and annoyed at my order. The “gravy” for the Mashed potatoes was watery and spilling from its broken container. This was a final chance for this location to show that it’s worth while. I’ll go to Walmart for chicken next time.
