Pizza is usually pretty good. Tonight was not the case. Cheese pizza was burnt and had hardly any sauce. Thin crust pizza was extra crispy, dry, and sauce looked burnt as well. Sausage and pepperoni pizza was overcooked as well. Philly tots were good, no issues there. I’ve ordered from here many times and tonight was the first the food was almost inedible. The pizza is never cut all the way through so have a pizza cutter handy. It’s Friday so I’m chalking this up to trying to get a bunch of orders out at once.

I always say “never again,” but occasionally come back. I had a nice , 30 minute delivery, quality pizza last time, maybe they’ve changed. NOPE. Ordered pizza 1.5 hours ago and have been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. NEVER AGAIN. They need to shut this location down.

Pizza took 3 hours to be quality checked. Called three times and the store clerks’ making excuses. A pizza does not take 2 hours to be cooked and travel .8 of a mile. If the pizza never leaves the store then the tracker program can never file a true claim over your order. If I don’t get a refund I’ll order a pizza from paisanos and eat it inside of the store. Personally i would hate my life too if I was the workers

No one was upfront helping customers. When someone finally came over my order was wrong after I checked it, not them. They told me it would be another 15 minutes for them to make what I ordered. No manager came out. While I was waiting another person came in to pick up their order and it was wrong too. So now we are all waiting. When the correct order was done cooking they handed it to me, again not checking, because they forgot the ranch. This place just cannot get orders correct. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. I ordered over a an hour and a half ago still no pizza. Do however have 2 text telling me that the driver is on the way and an email telling me my order was delivered. Called the restaurant and was told the delivery time was over 2 hours but website said it was 45 minutes. What a freaking joke! Never again!

I ordered a Time order. to be ready at 2:45 p.m. I ordered it in the morning time. I was given my order 30 minutes after I arrived to pick it up. I was treated with disrespect when I told him the order was not correct, and then they told me they forgot some of it that it’ll be ready in a minute. I proceeded to bring pizza to my car only to see two smoking employees in the back laughing about how the white boy had to wait. Way to go! I will never go back. I don’t understand how this place is still open. They were quoting two and a half hour delivery times over the phone while I was in there. The pizza that you got, I saw it made 45 minutes before they even be in to top it. It just sat out with flies landing on the dough until it was ready to be used they called the place where they put it making the screen wrack.

Full of bs. Ordered food online w the address on savanna n somehow when I paid switched to Ashley river rd. They canceled my order n couldn’t even call n say why but apparently bc it’s “too far away” I guess even tho the other place is as far away from me as this one… so idk what the difference is. But why not fix your system then or don’t lie bout deliveries. Bc I’ve seen ppl deliver food from this place to west Ashley circle

Absolutely the worst service I have gotten from here besides the hour late delivery a month ago!!! Today I arrive 10 min after the ready time posted online and then it says 8 min on the TV ok fine, I then proceed to wait 35 min till I finally get to pay for it and they didn’t take cash. I get home and the pasta was the wrong one, chicken alfredo instead of carbonara, also the wings (8 COUNT) were pathetic! Hardly bigger than the size of a dime and the pizza was the only decent thing with a soggy crust which I finished cooking at home. I’m requesting a full refund!!!

This Domino’s use to be a great go to for our family for dinner deliveries and game days etc. Now it’s just horrible. The last four or five orders have either been burnt to a crisp, wrong items, or missing items. It’s so bad that I let the last 3 free pizzas that I earned from points lapse because the food is so horrible and service is ridiculous. Time to close the doors and rethink things.
