After I waited in line for over 20 minutes, I was able to place my order which was simply Baconator Fries. When I opened my bag after I drove off and onto the expressway, I realized I received some “Baco” Fries, don’t know what happened to the “nator”. I definitely won’t be visiting this location, or the new location across the parking lot when they open ever again. And I will enough my clients & colleagues to follow suit. A total waste of time & money.

I ordered from this location through DoorDash for a Pickup order back in April ( April 22nd 2023). I entered the facility informing the Cashier about my order. I waited for awhile , which was fine. I have patience. I informed the acting supervisor regarding my issue and not receiving my order. He replies in a nasty tone “Well you gonna have to take that up with DoorDash! We ain’t got your order” He never attempted to help me correct the issue or even stated that he could attempt to accommodate me. Children & Adults, if you work in customer service & fast food, please be cognizant of your tone & words. If I didn’t have any decorum, I would’ve slapped him into next week! I’ve purchased from this location before because I’ve never had any issues with them. But Wendy’s, please speak with your employees about customer service and helping customers. I understand people have rough days , but that’s not how you take care of business.

The kiosk screens were barely work I hurt my knuckles pressing the buttons over and over to continue my order. Took 5+minutes to order my food, then couldn’t pay at the kiosk, took another 5+ minutes to have THE MANAGER, GRISELDA take my card payment. Finally after 15 for my food, the manager GRISELDA gave me a 4 piece nugget when I ordered 10, gave me a single cheese burger with bacon nothing else when i ordered a DAVES SINGLE COMBO…. So I paid 15.59 for a 4 for 4…

I came to this Wendy’s after leaving another one because they didn’t have potatoes. Got here & waited just to be told no potatoes again. I still ordered because I had sat in the line for awhile. After reaching the second window I asked for a manager and I introduced myself to the manager Cody & asked him why I wasn’t able to receive a potato and why it happens every-time I come to this location as well, he responded but MADE SURE I GOT MY POTATO! The wait was 30 mins but I appreciate him so much because HE MADE MY NIGHT! Especially as a pregnant woman CRAVING a Wendy’s potato. So many other places I could have went here in Chicago but I chose Wendy’s! It’s sad because the Ashland location and this location never have them, exactly why I stopped coming here all in all. But since I’ve been pregnant the cravings have increased . I thank you Corey ! Especially being a general manager myself in fast food , I expect things like this. Even though he is just a regular manager , He is the only reason I will ever think about maybe coming back to Wendy’s. Find more managers like him, if I had gotten my receipt I would have did the Wendy’s online survey but with no receipt I couldn’t. That’s why I’m here. Corey, if I would have had my business card I would have given it to you . If need be contact me, I will hire you no questions asked!

Absolutely horrible experience as the line was extended around the building and we were in multiple cars we decided to take one car through the drive-thru which resulted in a $218.00 tow, because of the barrier we were unable to get out to. The vehicle was towed to Harvey IL. And we were retrieving the vehicle from the tow yard another young lady could be heard trying to come get her vehicle that had been parked in the same lot.i have made several attempts to connect all of the establishment on at this location and have been informed the lot is privately own. If at all possible avoid this Chatham location.

Ive sat literally 33 minutes so far and still counting in the lobby for a single burger and a small fry. I will never stop at this Wendy’s location ever again. Ever! I want to just scream at the top of my lungs in here. I’ve seen about 50 cars come through the drive through while ignoring customers in the lobby and that is sad. They need to get there behind the counter together it is not ran good at all. Every customer has sat as long as me and are irritated. PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Update got my food 43 mins later and it’s cold.

The service was absolutely horrible. The employees also had a bad attitude. They messed up my order and would not correct it until i waiting in the long line again . I explained my order serval times and they still managed to mess it up . The fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease.

WORST Wendy’s ever. Extremely ghetto staff with absolutely no personality. Not even a “hello” or “have a nice day”. All of the cheaper options were taped over, and you get charged extra so hopefully you don’t notice and they can pocket a dollar here and there. If that is done to every customer, they are making a killing. Of course no receipt. On top of all that, the paper holding my sandwich had a hole on the side of it, like a finger went through my food. I obviously couldn’t eat it. When I did open it to look through it, everything was soggy and falling apart. Sandwiches. These people aren’t smart enough to make sandwiches. If corporate visited this location, they would be shut down. Which who knows where these people would work that required an IQ lower than the capability of putting together a hamburger. Just go somewhere else, so you know what you are spending and consuming. Simply looking out.
