On Saturday, January 2, 2023, I went to a Chipotle and ordered a steak Burrito. At this location, the females placed small amounts of selected items you choose to be placed in the tortilla shell. The male staff gives you more scoops of food. The staff was friendly. In addition, I purchased tortilla chips with salsa. I was disappointed with the temperature of the food . It had little to no warmth. I paid about $19. When I was in the bathroom, a staff member several times knocked / banged on the bathroom door while I was in there . Confuse I didn’t open the door until I finished. Afterward, when she saw me, the female staff member said I didn’t want you to go into the bathroom with your food in the bag because it is unsanitary . I am not leaving my purchase food unintended.

Very disappointed with this business. African American communities already face disparities on multiple levels and access to healthy food and service is one. First, it was filthy. If I was the health department, they would have failed inspection. The counters were dirty. There was cross contamination from the handling of dirty money to food preparation. The manager had poor customer service skills and appeared to be rushed. That’s just a short explanation of why I would not support or patronize this business again. What we accept is what we will continue to get! It won’t be me.

I ordered from the app and got a notification that it was ready. I went in and it seemed that the door dashers and uber eaters and customers standing in line were Attended to before me. I could have just stood in line versus ordering online, I got my food finally and the double meat seemed skimpy to me. It was good though.

On 5/1/23 I ordered 2 chicken burrito bowls asked for cheese on both, was given a finger full( about 1 tablespoon). I asked for more cheese was told it would be extra charge. I should not pay for an ingredient that should at least be a full topping. I paid with my debit card had to ask for my receipt. The cashier kept saying its in my bag. I get home and there was no receipt. I use the receipts to get rewards/points. I paid over $23 for 2 bowls. Always an issue with this location.

I Don’t Recommend eating here at all unsanitary! The food was good! One of the employees started sweeping while another still made ANOTHER CUSTOMERS meal. As I started making my bowl the employee started talking to another employee and stopped making my order I had to remind her about my order. They forgot my 2 queso dips & Sour cream but charged me for it. I asked for a cup to get something to drink. I Tried to get ice! NO ICE & When I tried my sprite it wasn’t sprite it was a disgusting drink When I got to the register a different employee was talking to another employee on the side of me totally ignoring me I had to give her my money and ask how much was the meal! Very unprofessional I think these employees need a A REAL MANAGER!

If I could give a double zero I would. I ordered through the chipotle app and ended up getting these guys twice on 63rd. First time I ordered a brisket bowl and ended up with everything but the brisket. I figured ok no worries people make mistakes even though it was 30$ worth of food I never got. The second time around same thing NO BRISKET! except this time the rest of the bowl was to one side of the actual bowl. The toppings were all wrong the tin was bent they threw my mexican coke on top of it. I ordered chips and quac and there was no sticker even applied to the bag for security so the dasher doesn’t munch on them. And last but not least the main bag was torn but looks like just from not caring enough to secure it. Chipotle wanted to give me store credit! HA! As if I’m ever getting chipotle again from anywhere ! Luckily I was able to get refunded of my 30$ STEER CLEAR OF THIS CHIPOTLE UNLESS YOU WANNA GET BABOOZLED!

As of lately the food is awful!! I ordered 2 different orders at different times and the food is totally tasteless. The rice was half done crunchy and all. The food was once good but not anymore.
