I mainly just stopped in to get a couple Rt 44 cups of ice bcus who doesn’t LOVE their ice, RIGHT?! I decided I’d get a burger too. It was very good as always! I barely got my window rolled up from ordering and the server was there at my car with my stuff! I know it wasn’t Jimmy John’s but it was FREAKY FAST!

Sat in stall kept pushing button Noone took our order. Moved to another stall same thing. Went threw drive thru. Order blt meal with onion rings a number 1 with fries and cheese sticks with ranch and marinara. Let’s start with blt, bread tasted days old with very little mayo on it. Onion rings were still doughy. No ranch sauce no ketchup, 2 napkins. Fries were only half way full and cold. Don’t waste your time or money.

35 minute drive thru time for a single combo + a corn dog. They raised prices but definitely didn’t invest that into training or motivating their staff. I can’t blame the workers for not caring about customers on their poverty wages, bu l can blame the franchise for cultivating the situation.

I ordered 38.00 worth of food on the app got there and waited 33 minutes on my order. I got my order and wasn’t asked or given any condiments etc. after returning home to my family we realized we were missing items. Things happen but then the food we had was really bad. Burgers burnt to a crisp nothing on them condiment wise. I feel pretty ripped off. I never review places when it’s bad because everyone has a bad day but this was over the top bad!

Food quality and service vary greatly depending on the time of day and day of the week. Some days it’s good all day, while others everything goes drastically downhill from late afternoon on, it seems like it just depends on which crew is working. – Update – things are pretty much the same as they were the last time I left a review. Only difference is there have been two or three different managers since the last review. Things will improve a little bit for a few weeks and then slide right back to how they were.

They never ever get my marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks this time I asked for extra (two marinara sauces) and still got nothing it ruins my meal and i just throw the mozzarella sticks away. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
