I ate here for breakfast on a whim due to arriving extremely early for an Expose’ being held at the Hilton Short Pump. The staff provided an optimal level of customer service and they were prompt and pleasant. They took care of my every need (asked questions about things that they thought I might need), they checked on me during my meal, and were even prompt with bringing the check (no pressure to pay and leave of course). I regret that I could not leave a larger tip, but I did leave a personal hand written review and message of thanks on one of my receipts. The food service personnel are truly the stars of this establishment! #GoTeam!!!

I went here for a birthday celebration. We were a table of 10. The menu is limited in terms of seafood. I wanted lobster so I ordered crab cakes mashed potatoes and spinach. They ran out of spinach so I had kale. The waiter was accommodating and made me a nice drink. But the food taste was uhhh. I had to add salt and pepper to my food. There is no milk or garlic in the mashed potatoes . It was potatoes water and olive oil. Now would I come back no. The ambiance is nice and bueatiful. The staff is friendly but I really believe good food makes the difference.

I ordered the scallops for dinner last night. I asked the server if I should order a side and she assured me I didn’t need it because the meal came with cauliflower. When the meal arrived, the plate had 3 – yes 3!- scallops and 3 small cauliflower florets. The meal was tasty but at $10/scallop and $2/piece of cauliflower, I was not only disappointed, but I was very hungry! Ended up going to Cook Out for a shake afterwards. Not exactly the meal I had hoped for. Absolutely not worth the cost.

Went here for and early anniversary trip.. This Steak will melt in your mouth!! Omg so good! Also the BEST CRABCAKE I’ve had yet! Their drinks are strong lol. Waitress was lovely! Also had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. I didn’t know I liked capers until I ate this meal. The sides weren’t that great and not worth a mention but they were big portioned

Amazing experience, the atmosphere and food were perfect. They even gave us a rose for valentines day. The only bad part was overhearing a guy ask for A1 sauce for his steak. The steak was so perfect, you don’t need sauce for it. Will definitely be back!

Appetizers were phenomenal! Cornbread was sweet, soft and buttery. The New Orleans BBQ shrimp had a lot of flavor and the bread it was paired with had a nice char and went beautifully with the sauce with the shrimp. But that was the highlight of the evening. The service was well below average. We watched people who were seated after we ordered get their food before us. The waitress came up to me about 30 minutes after we had ordered and said she forgot to tell me they didn’t have any shrimp to go with the steak I ordered. I just wonder if this is what held up our food from being made. The steak I ordered was cooked properly but failed to impress. My biggest issue of the night was the “pomme purée”. If you’re going to call mashed potatoes by a fancy name then it better be good. They had the audacity to call it pomme purée and then serve me a flavorless pile of instant mashed potatoes that a 10 year old could have made better in a microwave. Which that’s what it looks like. It looks like it came out of a microwave and then served on a skillet. And they charge you almost $10 for it. What a joke. My wife had the goat cheese ravioli. Nothing too special here either. I love goat cheese and so does she but these flavors just don’t seem to be cohesive on the plate. You’re better off eating goat cheese off of a cracker. Great place to get appetizers but don’t expect too much with dinner and honestly just don’t waste your time and money.

The filet steaks were small. The ribeye was prepared so salty it was inedible. The mashed potatoes came out with cold spots from being not heated fully in the microwave and the service was slow since there was only one server. The ambience was loud with drunk guests so we are in the hotel breakfast area which was too bright, cold and lacking any decor. The manager did nothing to make our experience better. For this we payed too dollar. I will never will eat here again and was disappointed we didn’t get offered at least a free dessert for the three kids who sat through a 2.5 hour debacle because of restaurant delays and bad food.
