I went to pick up an order I had placed online for 3 dozen donuts. When I arrived I was ignored at the counter for a period of time while the (presumably) manager continued talking to the cashier. Once I was I addressed, I was told they didn’t have an order showing for me. I showed my receipt on the app and suggested it might be because I was a few minutes early. The (presumably) manager approached and was incredibly rude. Instead of explaining the situation, I was told very aggressively and bluntly that she wasn’t giving me anything without them having their receipt print for it. To be clear, I wasn’t asking that they give me anything, I was simply confused and looking for an explanation. Overall, it was very uncomfortable.

Me and a friend went into this location yesterday. It was pretty busy but our cashier Stephanie was so so sweet! Despite how busy it was she was still helping us with our coffee orders, recommendations, and was just overall made the experience so much better!

I don’t have high expectations for Dunkin in the Richmond area. I think I’ve been to most of them and have been extremely underwhelmed at almost all of them. This one is an exception to that, and I’ve never had an issue here. I tend to place large orders and send them via mobile app, so I don’t have much interaction unless something gets screwed up. Good location, pretty clean, and friendly people.

Manager is really rude. It amazes me how she even made it to manager, hiring person must have been on something to hire her. Talks rudely to customers and is yelling at workers, workers look soulless after interacting with her. Go to Starbucks down the block if you want a good day.

I had the most wonderful experience here! Dylan took care of me and he was an absolute angel. His service was outstanding! He was so kind and fun to talk to, you could really tell that he cares about each and every one of his customers! My food came out quickly and was very warm, fresh, and delicious too! And the environment was very warm and pleasant, it’s the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to by far. Dylan is the main reason why this Dunkin location is so special. 🙂 I look forward to coming in again when I’m on my break from work!

I went to this place for coffee for the baby shower we were having. I got two of the jugs of coffee. The young lady tried to serve me a carton that was falling apart. I told her to take it back and of course she did. The fact that you even brought that for me to take out of the establishment. Let me just say if you wouldn’t want to carry that out of the store personally yourself then you shouldn’t hand it to somebody else purchasing products in your store. The one thing I did like was she didn’t raise a ruckus or have an attitude because I asked her to take it back she just did as I asked. She didn’t make any sneering looks or anything like that so bravo young lady. The plain donut that I ordered was absolutely delicious. And also I want to commend the customer service rep that took my order she was very very polite and attentive as I watched her interact with other customers. That is one thing I do I do reviews when I go into a place I’m always going to go back and let you know how you’re doing because if changes need to be made then changes need to be made. Other than the faulty jug that was handed to me the service there was exceptional.

I frequent this location but my experience yesterday 9/29 (national coffee day) really left a great impression. While all of the employees were obviously working as hard as they could, one person in particular stood out to me. They had a system glitch and mobile orders were apparently not coming in as they should. Mary Jo asked multiple times if anyone was waiting on a mobile order and if so what did they have, that she did not want anyone to have to stand around and wait due to the glitch. She made sure to quickly rectify the issue with every single person that dealt with this problem. You don’t go many places (ESPECIALLY fast food) anymore that employees seem to actually care about their customers. It was refreshing to see.
