The food here has really went down. This use to be one of the best Boston Markets in Chicago. I’m waiting on the day a new restaurant will be here. This is ridiculous. The staff is nice always friendly but they quality of the food and the food choices is unreal. They do not have 85% of boston market products available when you come here. NEW OWNER AND MANAGEMENT PLEASE!

The quality of the food at this particular location continues to decline. No cornbread but stale dinner rolls, sides taste like they were literally dumped out of a can. Mac & cheese not even the standard version served franchise wise. They need to revamp, retrain, or close.

Lowkey disgraceful service. I placed an order online in advance – make the full commute to pick the food up and all they tell me when I get there is they don’t have any of the items and that I can cancel it…. No one thought to call me and tell me that? Then when I get there, there’s one person working, with no answers and tells me to wait on the manager. Here I am waiting and writing a review with all this spare time I’ve got (Edit): manager comes up and apologized for not calling. Is this place closing?? I came to this Boston market years before and it was good and clean. The pop machine said out of order. Their were table and chairs up. Their were gnats flying all over. The selection of food has gone down hill. They used to have fresh veggies that were large round cut carrots with broccoli. Now frozen lunch room vegetables. Mac n cheese was unedible. They had no cream spinach. That is really only reason go to Boston market. Portions were smaller and way more expensive. Half chicken dinner, 2 sides and no drink was $17.71. OHHHH and no corn bread. Horrible hawain bun that was cold and small. I will never be back. Sorry I went!!

Everytime I visit the Hyde Park location they are out of ice and food. The chicken is never done (30min) wait and today, when I visited the location they ran out of sweets, and the manager claimed she had to cook more, and it would be a 30 min wait. I said fine I will wait 30mins. Then, she went to the back and came back to the front telling me she wasn’t going to cook them because they were frozen. This location used to be a good place to dine but the customer service has went decreased within the last year.

Ordered the two meat combo with one extra side. Didn’t get my chicken noodle soup which was one of the original sides, my food was cold as the fridge. And the 2 chicken thighs I was given were cut completely in half through the bone, with the skin reshaped around them to look like mini thighs. Guess that’s policy.

In my opinion Boston Market is know for their chicken. So when I order(pick-up)chicken I expected something completely different from what I got. The chicken I received was completely dry, hard and messed over and in my opinion it was OLD! Like the beginning of the shift Old. When I called. Whoever the young lady was who answered the phone stated that she was the manager. When I complained about My food And ask for a refund. I was told that I could not get a refund unless I brung the food back. However the store was closed. I was then instructed to bring the food back the next morning. I am a busy person. And I explained that to her. I was then told that there was nothing she could do “it was company policy”. So not only did I not get to eat. I lost out on money.( I have pictures and receipts.
