Super disappointed with this location. This is my ‘on the way home’ location. They usually have semi decent selection as somehow by 4pm there’s barely anything left. Employees and service is hit and miss. Sometimes friendly and prompt. Most of the time disinterested. They also mop the floor or clean. They don’t wash their hands before serving customers. Today 08/11/23- there were 2 employees with backs to the counter. Display was bare- maybe a dozen munchkins, couple of muffins and fritters, and random donut. I stood there for a min to see if what was available was even worth ordering. No acknowledgement from either employee. I walked out. While the donuts and other offerings are Dunkin standard, service and selection needs urgent improvement.

Can we move this location and employees to Mechanicsville? This is honestly the best Dunkin around the Richmond area. The staff was so friendly, my coffee was delicious, and they even had all the food items I ordered. I see people complaining about customer service but my advice is go to the Mechanicsville location just once. Mechanicsville is always out of food, donuts, and even supplies for coffee or any crafted drinks and their employees are AWFUL. I will be returning to this location, just wish it was a little closer.

I come to Dunkin everyday for coffee at a different location. This morning I got my coffee with no ice and received only half a cup of coffee. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts to ever do this to. And it is unacceptable. I would never give my customers half a cup of soda because they didn’t want ice.
