NOT freaky fast, and if you call and ask after 30 minutes how much longer, they are rude. Don’t market “freaky fast” if you can’t deliver a basic sandwich, a few blocks away, fast.

This is my go-to Jimmy John’s! The owner, Scott, is very personable and even knows the regulars’ orders by heart. They were hiring and training new staff for a portion of time but always do their best to get orders done quickly and accurately!

Slow service. After waiting in line and going through the entire order process they say the Apple Pay isn’t working… despite having a sign promoting it on the door and other paper temporary signs. You’d think for wasting my time the would have given me the free sandwich… but nope! So I went to subway where the Apple Pay worked. And missed my entire lunch break… so I’ll never be back!!!

Front man was very rude. He made a customer go get a receipt from his girlfriend who was outside in order to use the bathroom. Which was unnecessary and there was no line for the bathroom. Then rang up my order wrong, and attempted to make me go back and purchase a drink. The overall experience lacked integrity.
