I always go to this Starbucks and it’s okay. This time I was really craving an iced matcha latte and when I received it, it was not filled all the way to the top and there was barely any matcha in it, it tasted like only whole milk. This picture is after only taking ONE sip. They still had the audacity to ask for a tip.

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I have been too! I got my drink and while i was driving off on my way to work I notice a bottle cap inside my drink.. I called and reported this incident and they told me to go back and they would remake my drink. Once I get there I tell them my name and they have my order completely wrong. And then I corrected them and told them the right drink and the made me park and wait for someone to come outside with my drink. Once again WRONG DRINK! I corrected the lady who came out with my drink and AGAIN not what I ordered the first time. And I’m more that 100% sure that the have record of past orders. I finally gave up and drove off with the WRONG drink. Do NOT recommend this Starbucks!

I use to go to this store like twice a week and then I finally started to order food usually I only got drinks. so I fall in love with the sausage burrito and for like 2 months no issues then for the last 4 months everytime i go I hear oh I’m sorry we sold out of that like 6 this morning you need to come earlier to get it ( I’ve went as early ad 8 in the morning . so NO I don’t need to come earlier than that your inventory manager needs to do better and submit the right request for quantitiy. I dought ill go back to this store ever again since one not 5 minutes away never runs out of my favorite breakfast item sad part is they dont have drive thru so i guess i wont go as often no more . The team is so super nice and I love them but who ever is requesting inventory or not making sure they get what they need .. needs some retraining .

The most rudest/fake professional location ever! 3 out of 4 times my drink is made wrong. If it wasn’t for this being the only location open at night, I’d never come. This location has a hard time reading/following instructions. The only time my drink is made right is if I order something simple like a cup of water. The night shift’s work ethics are completely horrible. The employees give off the biggest “I hate my job but I have to fake being professional vibes” I’ve ever seen…. Don’t waste your time!

I had asked for an iced chai latte with whole milk substituted and instead of just doing a substitution they had up charged me for added milk, this is the second time I’ve had this happen with a Starbucks(first time with another location and the second time at this location) and I am pretty upset, usually this place is pretty OK but this kind of ticked me off. You can’t taste any of the chai and it’s just whole milk.

They get my order right every single day (it’s not always the same) and they have started to know me by name. That’s huge for a big store that you don’t even walk inside! The drive up window makes it super easy to get my drinks. I’m much closer to the dumfries location but I have so many issues there it adds stress to my day so I come out here almost daily!
