Glad that this ownership of this Chick-fil-A has changed, we tried it today and the new manager John is one of the nicest people you can meet, I had a very good time dining in with my family with very good food, it was so busy with customers on Saturday but we got our meals in a good time, also they have a very large dining area and very nice employees working on this one.

Tonight’s experience at my newest chick fil a was unacceptable. When I arrived to store The Gochland restaurant I was the only one in the line with no cars in front nor behind me. Once I pulled up to the window to receive my order I waited over ten minutes with nothing said to me about my order. After ten minutes I asked the cashier what was the hold up. He stated that they had an issue with their chicken filets and had to recook all of them. I waited five more minutes to receive my order. After receiving my order I pulled off and then discovered that I was missing part of the order. I had to get back in line to get the missing food for my children. A gentlemen by the name of Justin identified himself as the District Manager upon me asking for the DISTRICT MANAGER He apologized and said “well we gave you a brownie.” This response wasn’t genuine and didn’t make me feel any better about the situation. It was my first time at the new location and I’m hoping that it’s not my last.

Normal chick fila good food, and the employees were nice, but this is the worst setup chick fila i have ever been to, and i have been them all over the US. The line to come in was very oddly run, and people were waiting a long time for food. There were plenty of employees, but it was like a madhouse behind the counter. Some people were drink people, some were food, some were doing other stuff but it was uncoordinated and made the line move very slow and everything feel…. sloppy. Not somewhere i plan to visit again unless there is no line when i walk by.

I do like that this was heavily seasoned and slightly overcooked, gave a zing to it that I liked and I’d like to shake the cook’s hand. My -1 star complaint is that it was so crispy that half the patty fell on the floor after taking a bite so I couldn’t devour everything.
