The evening manager here needs to work somewhere that doesn’t have any human i interaction. He has no problem telling me that I can’t pick up my order that’s paid for. He wants someone to beg for their hot and ready pizza. I may have been on fire but ill never be ready to do that. His words were “you have to get a car to get your pizza. Drive thru only.” Since the door displays the lobby stays open til 10 and it was around 7pm that arrived i thought he was joking. I laughed as he locked the door in my face. Some young female was inside picking up her pizza inside and he unlocked the door for her to exit but locked it back up as i stood there surprised at the audacity. This fool is clearly the kind of person who gets power high on the fact he is head of the shift. He was delusional for thinking I would just go buy a car because i needed to pickup less than 10 dollars worth of food that I paid for online. Assuminh that pay online includes benefits like skip the line, i walked over to the drive thru window and asked for my order. He pretended he did not hear me and finally the car waiting for their order asked for mine too. They were in a vehicle so he magically could hear their voices. He was continuing to be rude like he manages the elite and not 4 teenagers who have just began to hit puberty. After spending an hour here creeping around on foot to be handed my purchase, I managed to find 2 customers who were in their car and refused to let the line go on until he handed me my pizza. I will never go there again when that pathetic night shift manager is on the clock. No pizza is worth being treated so invisible like my money isn’t green.

After asking the lady at the drive through window for the price of a medium pepperoni pizza she tells me “$7.89” to which I say “okay I’ll have one please?” I used my card and didn’t get my receipt. She hands me my card and pizza and closes the window then disappears. I thought nothing of it and drove away. I later got home to find that she double charged me for the pizza. I tried calling the store but all I got was the ringer. I don’t even want my money back. I just want people like that to not be allowed to handle money. Plus the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through (neither crust to crust to the cardboard)

I went here thinking I can get a hot delicious pizza and it was complete opposite pizza was over cooked and it was not even freshly made. This is the first little Caesar’s that I have been to that have been distasteful. And the employees need to be trained along with the Manager because it’s an on going thing from the reviews. The worst customer services ever

It’s always so busy here and they never have the lobby open. Employees are typically rude and constantly have an attitude, especially for minor things. It comes to a point where either they need to fully staff the location with GOOD employees with positive attitudes or just close it down. Perfect example; I was doordashing and already in the lobby…a man was leaving with his arms FULL so I opened the fort and the employee kicked me out and told me to go in the drive thru

This place….I go to order on my app, nope they aren’t excepting online orders so I go to call ahead and use the phone, order ahead gas is pretty expensive these days so I’d like to have it ready when I get there so I can leave…. they don’t answer the phone either. When we get there, the doors are locked the drive-through is closed and they say they’re only excepting online orders and when I attempted to make an online order right there in front of his face and showed him the message that said we are not accepting online orders…he just looked at me like, oh well. Don’t even get me started on the other locations. Little Caesars employees customer service skills have gone downhill significantly. Why don’t they close temporary like, until they can get it together because dang….its pretty rough.

Ordered online at 8:05 pm said pizza would be ready at 8:30 pm git there a few mins early doors are locked ask what’s going on their rep said no pickups go through drivethur unfortunately they had 7 cars in line not waiting to get a pizza that was suppose be ready at 8:30 stood around for another 20 mins left 8:50 after being told multiple times my pizza would be brought out don’t waste your time or money the food isn’t that good never again tell you that.

I’m sorry but everyone that I go to looks like they need to be on channel twelve. The staff never looks presentable. I’ve even seen children running around in the kitchen. I pull up to the window and the guy is coughing, the woman in the back uniform doesn’t fit, etc. I took my pizza home and said honey I want to just get other food because I don’t feel comfortable about eating this. Whoever owns these places needs to stop in unexpectedly to check in and see how they are represented them on a regular basis
