Placed in terminal2 next to gate E5. I liked the fact that the restaurant was quick and efficient. The order was done through phone and the food came out within 15 minutes even during early 6am time. The food was okay considering it’s the airport.

Reasonable price for airport sit down. Used QR code to order and drink was out almost immediately (less than a minute) and quickly followed by food. Very fast service and nice staff. Had cheeseburger and fries. Food was not great. Burger was ok. Fries were undercooked. Easy to pay with QR code and get emailed receipt.

I enjoyed the upbeat sports bar atmosphere. Burger was very small unlike what I’d expect from a sports bar. Great dessert and a friendly waitress. Very crowded. The order app wasn’t working. It’s got alot of potential.

Only the desperate should sit and dine in. Plastic cups, plastic utensils, paper plates. Mitika burger: simply average. Servers do appear to work hard. Order and pay via barcode, dislike the forced tip option prior to unknown service, therefore tip with cash.

Weird spot. Chicago hot dog was fine. Chili was okay. Service was nothing to be excited about. They didn’t have a host when I was there, so good luck fighting for a seat. They’ve got a qr code system that looks like it works better than their wait staff. Of course they didn’t have it enabled. I’ll certainly look for a better option next time I’m in ORD.

Good experience during our connection time. Our hostage Hector was fabulous. Clean tables, fast attention, good food (considering it’s the airport!). I recommend it for making a stop. Thanks to Hector for being so nice to us!

Terrible burger on a stale bun with soggy fries. The iced tea was Lipton’s rather than a brewed iced tea. I feel bad for the servers who all were hustling and my server in particular was very attentive and courteous. I almost never leave negative reviews but made an exception this time.

They messed up both of my drink orders. I didn’t say anything the first time because they gave me a regular LIT instead of top shelf so whatever, but the second time I orderer a modelo draft and they brought me a stella draft. I asked again for a modelo and they brought me a modelo bottle. I don’t really understand why they have an online menu where you should supposedly be able to order drinks but it forces you to get the attention of the understaffed servers instead. I’d say there were 2 servers for like 40 tables. Also the fries were not good

This place gets 1 start because A: Google makes me at least give them that. B: There is some neat Chicago Blackhawks memorabilia on display. The Blackhawks displays are the reason I went in here. My teenage son is a huge Blackhawks fan and I wanted to take pictures of the stuff on display for him to see.
