Almost all employees are rude, especially the two pictured. The person on the register blamed the older gentleman for not grabbing his drink. It spilled all over him and the floor and they didn’t clean it up for about 10 minutes. Everyone after me in line was served before my order and never got a receipt. I went up to ask about my order and the guy pictured was extremely rude. I snapped his picture and he tried calling over security for a “white person” taking his photo. Not worth it!!! Will eat anywhere else but here. Ohare should be more careful with their hiring.

I mean, it’s airport food. What do you expect? I feel like these reviews are a little harsh when I’m reality, this place is fine. Fries are great, burger is tasty and the hot dog is good too. Chicken was a miss, not a ton of flavor. Otherwise, did the job. Service was pretty mid but they’re understaffed and probably hate working there more than you hate having to be at the airport. All-in-all, fine by me!

Wow I’ve never seen a restaurant with this low of rating and I feel like this is accurate. I didn’t check the ratings beforehand so I was excited to try it. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strips with buffalo and ranch sauce on the side. I spent about $11. The food came out fairly quick and when I took a look at my meal, I knew why. I had received three of the tiniest chicken strips, it looked it was made from a baby chick… the amount of fried that I got was disrespectful.. The food tasted mediocre, I liked the buffalo sauce though. The service wasn’t bad but it wasnt great either. I do not recommend. Honestly, by the look of the ratings, they should make adjustments or give the space to a restaurant that will try. Sorry not sorry.

Receipt says Jennifer was cashier and she was very nice. The girl that I’m not mentioning by name can’t be because they don’t wear name tags. She was rude, conference and barks orders at you. Then companies l out loud complains about you that how dare you show her a receipt and ask why the food is taking so long. Jovan was amazing. He wouldn’t tell me the girls name that was rude cause he felt oddly uncomfortable cause she likely treats all the staff the same way. Very hostile person. Jovan has Super customer service, took the time to let me know why our order of 4 items took so long and why 20+ people got their food. But the truth is they forgot our our order. I would submit a picture of the rude person as she would likely discourage most people from coming back from the location in store spite. I hope management gets rid of her. It was very clear that this was common of her based on the other employees reactions.

Wish I could give zero stars. The WORST. Chicken tenders were tiny, dry, flavorless. The breading looks good, but it’s not. Very bland. The fries were okay, but needed more salt which was unavailable. The ketchup packets were all covered in sticky film leaving your fingers sticker and disgusting. The employees were grumpy and inefficient. There were a lot of people waiting for burgers, but it appeared the person operating the grill was cooking to order, so your food wasn’t even started until after you ordered which seemed assinine considering how busy it was. In addition, the employees didn’t seem to be communicating, so when an order was taken, the ticket was just put on the counter causing the griller and the fryer to check all the time instead of the order taker verbally communicating the order so the griller could start it. The only saving grace was that the fryer seemed to be staying ahead of the game a bit. Terrible option if you don’t have much time before your flight even though it looks like it should be “fast food”. They should just close. They are not doing any one any favors.

Worst airport meal I’ve had in a long time. Visited here 4/1 around 1700 local. Burger was just ok. The fries I got were cold. As I waited for my meal, I saw my burger was completed and just sitting there. I asked if it was mine and if I could get my meal. The staff member told me I had to wait till my turn. 4 min later…as I waited…and without him filling any other orders, he finally placed my half a bag of cold fries in the bag and gave it to me. He showed me who was boss. Won’t be returning, boss.

Do not eat here if you are in a rush. Burger and fries are okay, not to bad at all but wow i have never seen people behind the counter moving so slowly… 2 out of 5 people was only standing and having a good time while other 3 was working with a snails pace
