I occasionally order pizza for my grandkids in Oregon. Because of the one-hour time difference between Oregon and Texas, where I live, I was told more than once by Dominos that when I place an order for delivery in Oregon, in this case, I should note the delivery time as an hour later than when I want it delivered so that the order is purportedly delivered on time in Oregon. I did so last night and Dominos delivered it at 6:30 pm Oregon time instead of 5:30 pm when it should have arrived, according to Dominos. I’ve tried ordering both ways: by entering the actual time I want it delivered, regardless of time zones, and it still wasn’t delivered on time. The same thing would happen when I was still in Oregon ordering for my mother in Texas. Can Dominos please explain how to place orders in different times zones so that they are actually delivered on time? This shouldn’t be difficult. I had starving young grandkids and a son who’d worked a very long day all champin’ at the bit waiting for the delivery person. We both tried calling this location, myself about 16 times, but no one answers the phone. I actually spoke to someone at this location in Oregon the last time this happened and it was she who said to note delivery for an hour later. Right.

One star is one too many. My order estimated to be done at 6:04-6:13. I called the number at 6:25 to be answered by a call center which then routed be back to the store and got hanged up. Called second time, this was at 6:37 and someone at the store actually answered and sure enough they were done a long time ago. Yet the tracker still shows pizzas are still baking. Ridiculous business model. I’m never going back!

I made a huge mistake tonight by not giving the correct address when placing an order to be delivered. It was too late once I noticed and I called the store to confess my mistake. There were two different people I spoke to, but they both were very kind and calm about the situation. They ended up remaking my order free of charge, and I want to say THANK YOU so very much for remaking my order when the mistake was on my end. I appreciated you guys so much for this!

by far the worst quality of any dominos ive ever been to, im not sure if its bad training or bad management, but the pizzas have been very poor quality not a 1 time thing either ive given them 5 chances at 2 pizzas each since they opened ALL OF THEM SUCKED, under cooked impropper crust prep, missing toppings, skimping on toppings etc

I tried. I did. This is day two of my efforts to obtain that holy grail: the pick up special. Alas, it was not to be–after a few seconds of surliness, and ten minutes of hold, the person told me that I had done it wrong: I told them what I wanted before giving them my phone number. And then she hung up on me. Apparently, they record things for training purposes–boy I sure hope so!

Ordered on line for pickup. Was instructed to pull up in front, text I was there, wait with my parking lights on and someone would bring out my pizza. I did all these things. The app said my pizza was done. Noone brought it out. I went in and they pulled it our of the warmer. When I asked them why they didn’t bring it out they just said oops! No apology. I got the pizza home (5 minutes away) it was cold and burnt. No way anyone could have cut up that pizza, put it in a box and not realize it was burnt. They obviously just didn’t care. Won’t be going back.

Called 45min before closing they just kept answering and hanging up or letting it ring out. This place beyond sucks and I love dominos so moving to this area was beyond disappointing. Do better.

I ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings: bacon and onions. I could see the onions but not the bacon. However, as the pizza was burnt, that may be why I could not see the bacon. I also ordered the chocolate pudding cakes, also burnt. The little rolls were not burnt just a lot brown, but edible. The wings were also well done. Basically most of the food was not edible. When I tried to complain, I was put on hold for quite awhile. I gave up. Now I am going online and cancel the charge. Shame on this Dominos.
