I gotta say the food here so far has been pretty good. They cook the food to order, so it’s best to order ahead of time. The owner and people working here are very friendly and kind. The prices for the portion of food is also really good.

Tonight’s super bowl now night, I decided to enjoy buffalo wings from Al’s. I ordered a dozen medium spicy wings. After few minutes, a gentleman from behind the cash register handed me my order. As soon as I got into my car, I realized that the wings appear to be unexpectedly cold. I was terribly disappointed, went back into the place, registered my complaint and asked for freshly made wings. After few minutes, the gentleman came out from the kitchen and handed me new wings bag. These wings appeared to be warm (not hot), I drove home as I had already expended much time for these wings. Wings tasted fine but shockingly there were only 11 and not 12 wings. So, for the next time – I would recommend any customer for this place to check if the food is freshly made and that the quantity is per your order and not less. Quality of the wings was as before however today’s experience has been unsatisfactory.

We discovered this little family-run ‘gem’ just after they opened. Al is so welcoming and his desire to ensure that everyone receives a positive experience is genuine. We visit twice a week and have not found a menu item that we haven’t thoroughly enjoyed. His portions are ample. My wife’s go-to are the wings with various different selections of sauces. As for me, I can’t walk out without a cheesesteak.

Placed an order online. Got there and they said their system was down and they never got our order, and we couldn’t place one now due to them being backed up with orders. Ok fine. They said we wouldn’t be charged. We still were charged and they never refunded our money when requested. So no food and we are out the money! We are still disputing with our credit card company months later. Terrible people and even worse customer service and business practices. Food has also had gone down hill and gotten expensive over the past few years. I’m happy to pay extra to support local businesses, but not this one any longer! Spend you money elsewhere and support HONEST business owners with INTEGRITY! Not with the crook who own this dump!

I Don’t like putting horrible reviews but Al’s has degraded itself. Walked in to place an order only to see the worker wipe his nose with arm a few times while I was ordering , kitchen looking dirty and saw cockroaches on wall. I frequently eat in hole in the wall spots and street food vendors but sanitary measures need to be respected . A clean kitchen and staff is a MUST !

Food was good. However place smelled bad walking in, coworker talked me into staying otherwise would’ve gone to subway on the other side of the building. There were multiple baby prints on the table where you eat, bathroom was very dirty with no running water from the sink. And flies all over the food inside. Not bad food but when it comes to cleanliness, it’s pretty bad.
