The food is always good but the customer service is horrible! I went and ordered food face to face and when the food was shown to us, it was wrong. When I mentioned it to the cashier she replied, you just didn’t order it right. Also, she was on her cell phone making personal calls or talking to her friends that were just hanging out there. Maybe if she paid attention to her job, My food would have been correct. I work in customer service and would never act like that to a paying customer. Due to this bad experience, I will never go back to that location.

It was actually pretty good. Wings weren’t fried til they were chicken jerky, decent sauces: honey bbq and sweet chili, and Husband said they were nice folk. We’ll definitely return!

Ordered chicken fried rice, the order looked great but tasted burnt. When I call back, the cashier spoke to someone saying “these f*king people say there food is burnt”. She was even more rude when she returned to the phone. We have eaten at this location for many years, but will no longer. Phone etiquette and customer service should be taught to your employees.

Watch the people make your food they touch dirty rags(claim they aren’t dirty, yet they are used to clean) and then touch your food etc. UNSANITARY AND RUDE. It’s called cross contamination and I am PREGNANT! You shouldn’t touch a rag used to wipe things down and then touch your customers food. And if I want a remake then I should be able to get one. You just lost customers just know that. Pretty sure they don’t know that your employees are cross contaminating. Lol.

I had two horrible experiences there recently. The first time, I had to wait about 30 minutes for my food and if that wasn’t bad enough, my fries were soft with absolutely no crunch, but I knew they could do better so I gave them another shot. The second time, last night, I ordered my food at 8:42 and didn’t get it until 9:21, almost 41 minutes. The food was better that time, but I refuse to go again. I asked the cashier about my food during the wait and she said they were waiting on chicken! That sounded like total crap and I know they forgot my order because they called out another order that came 20+ minutes after me! I should have demanded a refund but I was starving at that point. I hate to complain because I work in the food industry but for this to happen twice within a month is ridiculous.
