Whoever the dude working the front and answering the phone has terrible customer service and is a liar. He rushed me on the phone when I brought up concerns with the food and oil fryer, was actually hella rude to me, and when I tried to get the manager on the phone he refused and lied and said there’s no manager or shift leader and refused to let me talk to somebody else. Anyways I hope the manager sees this and he gets some karma. ✌

For Father’s Day, I ordered 40 lemon pepper wings and specified “light” on the salt. I specifically asked for light salt because on another occasion, they were so salty I could not eat them. So to prevent that from happening, I ordered light salt. The person who took my ordered repeated it back to me. Fast forward, when I got home with my wings, much to my disappointment, they were so salty, none of my guest could tolerate them.

Highly dissatisfied. First and last time going to the Brook Rd location. We ordered 50 wings (10 garlic and parmesan, 10 24 karat gold, 15 plain breaded, and 15 honey bbq), fried pickles, and mozzarella sticks. The sauces were good but the wings were extremely dry, like stale jerkey, and inedible. The fried pickles had zero flavor and it was like it had 4 layers of breading. The mozzarella sticks were ok.
