The workers here are nasty. If I didn’t give you attitude.. there’s no reason to give me one plain and simple, especially if youre supposed to be a manager or even a GM. Why is it so hard to be nice to people ? I get screamed at DAILY at my job and NEVER take out my frustrations on my clients. You gotta give respect to get it in return. Do better or find a new job. Also, no wonder they are hiring …I wouldn’t want to work with or for someone so MISERABLE!

The food at this location gave me food poisoning. The manager at this location as well as the staff are Rude AF. The entire staff needs customer service training! I made a complaint at the corporate level due to the poor treatment of the staff and management. The New York health department is my next call. If your food is not kept to the proper temperature levels You Will Make People sick.

Typically very rude. With a long wait. Forget ordering online. They accept it online. Reject it in reality. Charge you twice andor call you and say you didn’t show up the next day. Refuse to refund it eventhou u picked it up and paid cash.

Worst customer service experience ever! Was there around 9pm, wasn’t even that busy. Needed to get a burger for my pregnant wife. Waited at the cashier to order, the cashier kept walking around and ignoring me. I kept trying to make eye contact and she just kept on going, at times just standing in front of me turned the other way. About 15 minutes in, I asked loudly if I can order, she just said, “please wait a couple of more minutes…” and turned away. I just left. They don’t deserve my business.

Came at lunch sat for 10 min and the drive thru did not move left without anything! Tried again for dinner and waited since there is nothing else open at 8 pm! 2 cars ahead took order no problem but waited 15 min and the girl repeated the order and was missing items and did not apologize for the wait.or order error, took our money& waited. We had enough time to see they desperately need updated registers and the older gentleman had time to stock and dump the empty boxes in the dumpster and come inside to help with the cashier we realized he was the manager! We then waited another ten min after paying for the food that still was not correct, do not go here!
