Food is good, hot, good quality. Orders are accurate. Wait is horrible! Went through the drive thru today, no one was ahead of us, 8 min wait. Last time was a 30 min wait after we were asked to pull off to the side. Be prepared to wait.

We enjoyed the service and the meals. I was a little disappointed that there was not one clean table in the store. There were three guests, including ourselves, who took wet napkins to clean a table so they could sit and eat.

I only eat at Arby’s once in a great while. But when you crave it, it does the job. I am pretty disappointed that they got rid of the potato cakes as a side. I used to love the combination of the regular Arby’s sandwich with the potato cakes.

Incorrect order! Ordered two meals in drive thru. Cannot understand sizes of meals. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch, with a sprite, large. Got home and opened it up. Found a fish bacon ranch with small fry. Second meal was meat mountain large with a Mello yellow. Order was right, but the drink was flat and food was extremely cold. The cheese was not even melted. At the window was asked if any sauces were needed. Asked for horsey, but none were given.

I have now returned nu.erous times to this location, food is always spot on , great deal for fair size sandwich.. but this is not why I am writing this review, the employee WISKEN is by far one of the best custo er services I have ever encountered, not being from the area and remembering me off the hop the second my wife and I walked in was very impressive, more customer service front liners should take lessons on how to give excellent service like this young gentleman… AS A WORD OF GOOD ADVICE TO THE ARBYS HEAD OFFICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK INTO RECOGNIZING THIS GENTLEMAN AND TAKE CARE OF HIM , YOU NEED PEOPLE LIKE HIM IN THE FRONT LINES DEALING WITH CUSTOMER’S… Had a very pleasant dinning experience so thank you Again WISKEN
