I guess My gut was right and I should’ve known from past experiences and the employees on the phone walking and blocking the drive thru lane was a good sign the food wood be cold and wrong. Always the worst arbys experiences at this location. I will say the gentlemen working window was courtesy and polite. 42 bucks for 2 with desert food shouldn’t of been luke cold when i got home.

I went here the other day because I was craving the heck out of it and it didn’t disappoint. Definitely the fastest service I’ve ever had in an Arby’s and the food was good as usual too! I mean it was FAST less than 2-3 minutes fast in the restaurant. A little out of the way compared to some other Arby’s locations near me but it was a lot better and cleaner than the closer ones.

Order Beef Gyro with no onions or lettuce and it’s all in my sandwich. I ordered buttered baked potato and I received a cheese and sour cream potato. Spoke to manager who was unapologetic and unconcerned to offer a replacement. Worst customer service ever!

I can tell what food was sitting out in a bag waiting for other food to be made. Curly fries and a couple other sandwiches were cold while the rest was hot. This is a pic of their new prime rib sandwich. Cold as well and looks nothing like the picture. This is the worst Arby’s in Richmond. They screw up orders on a regular basis and the food is always sloppily prepared.
