Ordered two Bourbon BBq sliders that are 2 for $4.00 and a large coke. I get to the drive thru window and hand him my card and he hands me a bag with one slider, I said no, I wanted the 2 for 4 bucks, so he said ohh, we only rang you up for one slider. I said no, I want the 2 for 4 buck deal and he told me he needed my card to ring it up again and to pull up to the line. I wait nearly ten minutes then finally get the other slider, I check my cash app and instead of 2 for 4 bucks, I paid 2 for 6.98, made me wait an extra 10 mins and then over charged me. Should’ve been 6.98 but ended up costing me 11.85 tighten up Arby’s

Went to get dinner at 9:30 (they close at 10) and went in the drive thru. We ordered a salad and chicken tenders. We waited 15 minutes for our food(which I’m normally okay with but there was literally nobody there and 3 workers) and I was extremely disappointed. Took one sip of my Dr. Pepper and it clearly didn’t have syrup, I had to dump it out. Opened the salad and there was a lot of wilted lettuce, and the curly fries were hard as a rock. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift and really needed food and that is what I got. I’m extremely disappointed and I’m not sure if I will ever be returning to this location.

Thank you for the chicken tender sandwich, if I was in the mood for one I would’ve ordered one at Zaxby’s. If you can’t make something say you can’t or let the customer know of potential modifications. It’s not that hard. Also payed for cheese dip. Avoid the headache and go elsewhere. Just look at that Mayo job, they don’t care.
