What a surprise from another Cullman Alabama restaurant, I stop to get food & got the wrong bag, took it back & got the right bag & the chicken sandwich was pure garbage & burnt!!! Call, told, the fryers being doing that to chicken!!! Why did they not say anything when I ordered??? I would have left!!! Once again, a big disappointment!!!

The food was mediocre at best and that is being generous. The service was slow and employees were not very friendly. Most acted like they were just waiting for their shift to be over. The facility needed cleaning, there were an abundance of flies and the restroom was not the cleanest.

Stopped by for a fresh Hot fish sandwich and fries. It was everything but fresh and hot. The fish and fries were anything but hot. They had been sitting there for a while. So disappointed. I went a while back and it was great. This was my third attempt to get that same hot and fresh fish with no success. I will not be back.

Me and the husband went here Saturday night which was lasntight night and our bill was 45 dollars I got the beef and cheeder half pound meat was cold and dried out and my husband has crinkle fries with his meal and the crinkle fries little looked like they was three days old my curly fries was dried out like they been sitting there all day long I will not be back to this location it was not worth 45 dollars i was very disappointed and I understand short staffed but the fuel that waited on us her name is Ashley that gurl was barley moving and keep saying her feet hurt we stood in line for 20 minutes before I order was took very disappointed then we get to our table I had to clean the table cause wasn’t wiped off and u could tell the lobby hasn’t been cleaned with that being said we love arbrys but we won’t return to this location

Charged for extra cheese and sauce and didn’t get it. I get understaffed, but understaffed should affect the time. Not the quality of the food. 2nd time I’ve came and got beef and cheddar sandwiches with absolutely little to no cheddar. This time I asked for extra cheese, was charged for it, and still didn’t get it. I usually love this place, but the last two visits have been horrid.
