It’s a guessing game on whether the doors will be open or not or which side of the restaurant has unlocked doors. We have been told at times that the counter person has to leave early, so they are choosing to close the lobby early so they can leave, even if the sign says it’s open until 10. We are often treated, at the beginning, as an annoyance for coming in at 8:30 in the evening. But after some time the counter staff slowly warms up to us. However, once our food is delivered, all the staff vanishes, which makes it difficult to order additional items or get certain item refills. We would love to frequent this place more often but don’t care to be treated like we are not wanted everytime we go.

Worst food I have ever received from this Arbys location! 13 plus years eating here. Just picked up Sunday Brunch, our sandwiches looked like they were wrapped and left sitting, then they were reheated in a microwave or steamer for way too long. The bread was tough and the meat was rubbery.

Food was good. Portion sizes have gotten smaller, while their prices have risen. The drive thru attendent was rude with everyone, and told the car behind me to go somewhere else when they asked to talk to the manager.

I arrived 40 minutes before closing, I waited five minutes and no one came. The lights were on and there were a couple cars in the parking lot. I ended up leaving and going down to the gas station down the road. When I passed again there was someone walking to their car a whole 30 minutes before closing. I was really looking forward to it tonight but people just didn’t want to work
