Food was Hot and Fresh, Service lacking. Ordered online. Supposed to be ready at 12:04, stand at counter for 10 mins, Then I finally got in the way. Keep in mind the assistant manager had told me when she saw me arrive that they were working on my order. After I got in the way the Assistant manager asked the bagger guy how long on my order. SUPRISE – he hadn’t even started on it, waited on it all to cook! Good news is it was fresh, bad news is I had to eat it on way back to the car. I was also informed AFTER i waited all this time that they had no MARINARA. I don’t understand this, its a staple item. They offered other sauces. I was in a hurry and ordered online. If you cant meet inside and outside demand then shut it off. Further more nobody was rude, everyone was too busy. Just seemed like the 6/7 customers that stood in line got there food while I stood and waited for all of it to be made

Won’t be visiting this store anymore, they get orders messed up. Not once but three times, also on something I did not order had lettuce on it that was black . Not sure how a steakhouse burger can be confused with a gyro Very Unhappy Customer.

So we stood in line for 10 minutes waiting on our order to be took. The woman was running back and forth and serving food with her bare hands and no hair net. If I need to specify the name I will. She was touching the food barehanded. This place should be shut down immediately. The bacon on my wife’s Chicken bacon Swiss sandwich was cold and the lettuce was old and turning brown!

Great service at this store! I have two things to note for anyone planning on leaving a review! 1. The store being short on change isn’t that bad. And 2. If you order crinkle fries at an Arby’s you deserve to eat Ice cold, or CREMATED fries. No other acception.

Ordered online, upon entering facility no one greeted me or came to counter. After waiting, I checked the online pickup, and the only order in the bin I assumed was mine, so I took it and left. Thankfully, there were no other orders in the pickup tray.

They were rude. I travel for work and I asked that they cut my pecan chicken sandwich so that I don’t drop it all over my car. They used the small and infrequent pecans as an excuse not to cut my sandwich in half. They said that they weren’t allowed to use sharp objects to cut the sandwich. They also said using anything else would cause cross contamination. They are lazy and will never go far in life avoiding hard work.
