They are not set up to handle the online orders. I waited over 10 minutes while they ignored everyone at the counter and took drive-through orders only. When I finally got someone’s attention and got my food. It was cold. This happened twice, so it’s not a fluke.

Pretty bad, the manager cussed like a sailor, the service was slow and the order was wrong. Order two Beef and Cheddars and got sandwiches with beef, lettuce and tomato. I didnt complain because they seemed like an upgrade.

Went here 2-25 everything was good great staff, food and wait went back 2-26 food was good but wait was a little longer due to cashier messing up orders she was sent home but management fixed issues and food was still good u can’t hold a bad experience when one person messes up taking a order if someone takes your order down wrong cook’s don’t know so don’t blame the cooks it’s not always them
