Very slow twice they forgot part of our meal. I had to go back. You shouldn’t have to ask for napkins. The food is a little messy with the cheese and sauce. For the price and the wait the service should be better. I will still go because the food is good. Just not satisfied with service. And if you send a link should be able to tap on it. No one is going to type in that long of an address if you can’t copy and paste.

Garlic Steak burger was pretty good, better than the first one I had (gotta try these things more than once, there is a lot of variance day to day and store to store). But it’s not like it was my first time at Arby’s! I still think they have the best chocolate shake around, and the curly fries are iconic. So whenever they come up with a new burger (which is quite often! They make it a point to push out limited burgers unlike other chains), I find myself heading down and getting the two staples + a limited burger. And usually, it’s a great treat!

Placed a mobile order for 2 beef and cheddars, one 8pc Jalepeno bites, one large coke, and one smokehouse brisket meal. My boyfriend goes to pick up our lunch and they tell him that they don’t have beef because they just opened and it takes too long to cook. Manager Josh then tells him that they can make my sandwiches with brisket but everything else would be the same. My boyfriend comes home with two beef and cheddars with brisket on it, no Cheddar Cheese sauce on it, with sliced cheese burned onto the bun. Sandwiches were bone dry and inedible. On top of my sandwiches being messed up, my 8pc Jalepeno bites only had 6 in there. I spent my last $24 that I had on this food and I’m still hungry and completely broke. I will not be back to this location.

I frequent this Arby’s. However, this was the worst visit/drive thru ever. I ordered a market fresh roast beef sandwich. Received a regular roast beef sandwich with lettuce. Told the server this is not a market fresh, he then gave me a roast beef sandwich with au jus sauce. I gave up. I had to pull forward in the drive thru and wait for second sandwich only to be wrong again. Everything else in the meantime while waiting got cold! Service was just terrible could not even really understand the young man taking my order.
