I ordered the 3 piece fish sticks. Normally, they are crunchy and fresh. These were soggy, and the container was saturated in grease, like they have been sitting out for awhile. Awhile after eating, I started feeling nauseous. I’m not going to be ordering the fish from here again. I know they are probably already fully cooked and frozen like at the store, but I’m not sure how long they were sitting out. I know my wait in line was about 15 minutes. Just something wasn’t right with the fish sticks.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through, pop was watered down and the outside of my cups had pop all over them. So much so that it made the drink carrier soggy and spilled pop all over in my vehicle. Made it home just to find out that they shorted me a sandwich. Come on! You guys hire kids to do this job why are adults have a hard time??!!! It’s not a difficult job. Order says three you grab three. Simple simple simple. I should bill Arby’s for my car to be detailed. The apology I received was not sincere. Will never return and will let everyone I know not to go to Apple Ave Arby’s.

Very clean for the most part. Had to wipe off our own table because there wasn’t any cleaned. Food came out a bit slow but they seemed fairly busy. Food was delicious but came out wrong. Odds are I won’t be dining here again but overall it wasn’t the worst experience.

Went to check out the remodel. Saw that prices increased, and also noticed portion sizes went down. I’m not complaining about that, I can understand in today’s world why portions would be smaller, however the price isn’t justified. My order was so incorrect that all I can really do is just laugh. The food that I did order that I actually received wasn’t fresh, besides for my shakes there wasn’t anything good about my visit. So after spending almost 40 bucks for two adults and a child to have some dinner, that we couldn’t even enjoy, I guess you could say I’m a little mad. I won’t be returning to any Arby’s ever again, just days after reopening for your remodel and this is what customers are given for trying to come check out the new store? Horrible. 0/5 will never return

I ordered a chicken sandwich, jalapeño poppers, small fries and two jalapeño beef sliders. When I got to the window they asked if I could pull up because they were making the jalapeño poppers fresh, so I said not a problem at all! I waited about 10 minutes and a worker came out to tell me that they accidentally dropped mozzarella sticks instead of the poppers so it would be a little extra longer, I said that’s okay I understand things happen! When I got my food my chicken sandwich was undercooked it was RAW ….. it instantly made me want to throw up! This location needs to do better.

Decent food when it’s not thrown together in a big glob of bread, meat and sauce in a wrapper. I don’t mind having to “reconstruct” my sandwich, but the lady at the window didn’t put the coupon in after I gave her my card with a 2 for $6.50 coupon that would’ve made it almost half the cost, which yes i shouldve said something at the order speaker, but i was still trying to get the coupon out of my purse and make sure i had the right one,, a little disappointing tbh considering I paid full price for a messy pile of food (not a sandwich like two buns and a photo on the board would suggest)

I love Arby’s. But I would highly recommend not ordering online through this store. I was charged for my online order that was canceled because they were closed even though my order still went through. They have not returned my money or called me. I had to contact them several times over the last 3 days. They can’t refund online orders at the store.
