Food was not good. No lights. Only one person was working there but food was on time.we ordered dinner the lights at the drive through was off can’t even saw the menu the whole place was dark. Fries was completely burnt..I feel like going there is waste of money..

Stay away, at least don’t dine in. We were welcomed by an unclean entrance that probably was not cleaned for weeks if not months. As if that was not enough, the place is full of fried oil smell, don’t know if the ventilation was not working or what. I wonder how their employees spend the whole day there. To top off the already ‘great experience’, all three burgers we had seemed to have re-re-…re-fried chicken.

Had to wait for the 2 guys behind the counter to acknowledge me. Then when they finished what ever they were working on and a discussion? The sauce display was broken and empty. Every table and chairs were dirty with crumbs or sticky.

My wife loves their French dip sandwich. So we go there from time to time. Unfortunately, the service is often marginal. The food is always been good but the staff always seems a little bit put out when you’re there. However, when my wife needs a French dip fix we will end up back there.

My girlfriend introduced me to “Jamoca” shakes at an Arby’s out in Everett. It was so good that I wanted to stop by my nearest Arby’s to get one, I figured I’d go inside and have some lunch while I was at it. The First thing I noticed was how filthy each and every single counter top in the whole restaurant was, not to mention the floor. This was around 1:00 in the afternoon, which lead me to believe that they didn’t take 5 minutes at the end of the night to wipe down any tables. The sandwich and fries were exactly what I’d expect from Arbys, but the shake tasted like a dirty sponge. No trace of coffee taste, No trace of chocolate. Pure mildew. It was horrifying. I don’t think the pictures I took really capture how gross it was in there. If you have to come here, go through the drive-thru to save yourself from being grossed out.

I only go here as a matter of convenience. The carpet and the furniture seem perpetually sticky. The seats of both the chairs and booths have lost their structural integrity and you kinda sink into the seats. I don’t use the drive-thru since it takes forever. Plenty of parking though.
