Everything was Delicious! Vegan choice a plenty, our waiter, Marco was so kind and made the best suggestions. We had the vegan empanadas, lentils ( OMG I’m asking for extra mushrooms next time. had I know they were going to be that delicious .), And the corn fritter pancake stuffed with veggies. And my husband had the shredded chicken wit black beans and rice he left nothing behind.

This restaurant truly is amazing! If you haven’t tried Venezuelan food before, then give them a go, they will not disappoint. Great ambiance, awesome service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had the Cachapa con Pernil, which is the pork in the corn pancake with a side of plantains and it was delicious. Thank you for accommodating our large group. We had a fantastic time eating and learning about Venezuelan food.

Great local Venezuelan Cafe. We went out on a limb and tried this place and it was a gem. Small, intimate and definitely authentic. Service was fast, prices were reasonable and the food was terrific. The hot sauce and tartar style sauce were delicious.

Very nice place to pick up or eat in. I ordered the arroz con pollo and the empanada trio to go. The food was very tasty. Especially the rice which was seasoned well with the chicken. The tree flavored empanadas came with a good little dipping sauce as well which was good. It was my first time trying Venezuelan food and I will definitely be back!

We love this restaurant! The atmosphere is nice, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing, such a great variety, everything very fresh. In addition, I have a gluten allergy and lactose intolerance, they are well versed in accommodating this and have many GF/DF menu options. Also a dedicated fryer, so I can have French fries. Great spot for lunch or dinner!

My, no our experience here was wonderful!!! Food was great and service was excellent. I don’t think Randy the owner has ever met a stranger. From the time you enter and the time you are seated you are made to feel so very welcome. I’m from St. Louis , it’s been a couple years since the last time we’ve been here. Randy the owner remembered us! We were made to feel special the first time we were here. This time felt like we were having dinner at mom’s house. You know the feeling, everything is just right served up with a lot of attentiveness and love, Good conversation and lots of laughs. The special occasion of meeting my Son in-laws family for the first time was made to be even more special because of Randy and the good food and great service here at Arepita Cafe.
