It actually was one of my favorites places to get a encebollado my lovely lady which is not from Ecuador would always get arroz marinero but we recently went the food definitely was not the same at all , hope they realize and pay attention to reviews but by dropping their food quality they will see a decrease on customers attending to the restaurant . Aside from the quality, the quantity of food also decreased and prices increased which I understand can be due to inflation but I would really appreciate if the quality and taste would have stayed the same .

This was authentic Ecuadorian food (as authentic as you can get in the states). The plates were quite generous and the juices large. They don’t use sugar in the juices so just a heads up. The service is friendly but there was only one server so it was a little slow. But totally worth it.

The food itself is appetizing and tasty, but the big problem that the establishment has is customer service. Waitresses should offer better customer service.

There has been a complete downgrade here. Not even a year ago did I come here and there is a big difference.

The food was ok but the service is really horrible. It’s not worth it. During our first experience we ordered and after an hour of waiting, I got up and asked if we could even at the very least get our drinks, it had been an entire hour and the place was not busy at all. People around us that came after we’re getting the food so I asked and only then the waiter informed us that they don’t have what we asked for. We left hungry after an hour of just waiting there. We swore this place off because they don’t have the courtesy of communicating but a few days later other friends has gone there and asked if we could join, we gave the place a second change and it was equally bad. The owner is really rude and accused us of not wanting to pay after we just asked about how the bill was calculated so we could split it. I called her out and asked her not to be rude to us and she kept at it. It was ridiculous that the owner of a business would feel like they can just treat people like that.
