I’ve rating 3 stars because i’ve honestly heard such good things about Bakers Crust, but I was pretty disappointed. The bruschetta toast was definitely the best dish of the evening! Drinks were mediocre. My sandwich & salad combo was pretty sad looking for almost $15. Does the house salad normally just have croutons and cucumbers? Our waitress was really amazing though. I’d say it’s definitely worth a try + i’m willing to try it out again

I’ve been coming to BC for over 10 years and never got such a bad customer service before. I’ve always had an amazing experience here. Today me and my boyfriend had Lauren helping us. After we couldn’t find soft drinks on the menu we asked her about them. My boyfriend asked if the oj was fresh and Lauren asked us in return “are you guys sure you want to eat here?”. I worked myself in restaurant industry before and this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional to say that to your customers. Lauren let us know with her attitude that we’re not welcomed here. Hopefully, she can get some additional training on her customer service skills, otherwise it will directly reflect on her tips.

Love Baker’s Crust!!! We usually eat there about 1-2 times per month and the food and atmosphere are always awesome! I do not usually write reviews (good or bad) but I decided to take the time to compliment the young hostess, Jordan. She was such a pleasure to talk to and made it her mission to seat everyone as quickly as possible with a big smile on her face even though it was a super busy brunch time. She is the exact person any restaurant needs to have as a hostess. She was so sweet, professional, and just the cutest thing ever!

There was wait, but we were quickly seated. Because everything is being sanitized (as it should) the seats were wet. We mentioned the table and seats were wet and were given napkins to wipe it down. Hostess did not offer another table to us nor offer to have someone complete the job of drying the table and seats.

I ate here 4x this week. The Wine Country Salad is so fresh and delicious. I added a different protein each time- steak, shrimp and tuna. Well, I added steak twice! The portion is generous and the strawberries and grapes very fresh and sweet. The salad dressing is a perfect portion and I am not a dressing lover. The entire package made each visit with it. For dessert, we had the seasonal fruit crepe with chocolate mousse inside twice. Both time it was perfect!
