First time here, normally little spots like these are good, so I picked one on the map nearby and decided to try. The fish was a bit bland, no flavor other than the fishy taste, the oversized wedges were also not so great, didn’t have any flavor, needed salt or some type of seasoning. The shrimp was ok but again like everything else, bland. Now I know. Won’t be a spot I save for the future.

Decided to go to Banda’s for lunch. I called in my order 3 shrimp, fish and potato wedges for takeout. The lady was very polite and informative about the price going up, from $6.98 to $7.98. When I showed up, my order was ready, just needed to ask for ketchup. Great food, not greasy, was only missing one of the two tarter sauce that should have come with the order (which was great tasting, you could tell it was homemade). I will return and try a different plate.

Idk what all these bad reviews are for! People are insane! This place is amazing and me and my husband have been going for years! The service is always excellent! The food is always so so fresh! And they have big portions. Yes it’s on the pricey side but you are paying for quality and the amazing service! We will never stop going!

Fish and shrimp are the freshest and best you will find anywhere! Potato wedges and onion rings are fabulous. Tartar sauce and cocktail sauce is great! I live in Kansas but I plan to eat here several times before I leave and Lord willing when I come back I’ll eat there again!

Drove from San Antonio and the food & menu on the website looked great. We questioned our decision when we pulled up and saw the building and lack of parking. It was take out only too and we were not to happy about that either but after sitting in the parking and seeing the constant flow of customers and how quickly they got food out, we decided to stay and eat in our car. Best decision ever! The fish is amazing. The fried fish was fresh, hot and not greasy at all. Got the 20 piece family platter with potato wedges. It was still hot and crispy 15 minutes later after we ate all we could. Definitely going to be back.
