You can order the dac biet with banh uot (rice sheets) vs the banh cuon (rice rolls)! Everything was on point! The banh uot was thin yet chewy. Steam cha and fried cha was plentiful per order. The shrimp fritter was crispy. Veg was fresh. The dipping sauce and chili sauce is self-serve on each table.

This is a typical Vietnamese restaurant in the Little Saigon which has a restaurant on every corner. The food is ok and their Banh Cuon Dac Biet is their signature. It basically has a little bit of everything. The restaurant is quite clean and well organized. The parking is a shared parking lot with other popular business so it might be tough to get a parking spot.

The banh Cuon Dac Biet is good and flavorful but lean toward the smaller side in terms of portion. The banh xeo however was crispy and delicious. Highly recommend the Banh xeo. Overall great food quality just not quite 5 stars. Would definitely recommend.

Apparently there are multiple Tay Ho restaurants in the area, but #4 is the best one. Bánh cuốn is very delicious; fish sauce is really good. I don’t really know what is the different between the two bánh cuốn dishes tho. The noodle bowl is good as well. Also recommend vnese coffee here.

They have 3 vegan / chay options that are equally delicious as their special. I got the chay special that comes with minced mushroom filling, fried tofu, mung bean cake, and their specialty – the crispy sweet potato tempura! Vegans and vegetarians get their own alternative sauce instead of fish sauce that is very tasty and is full of umami too. At $11 for a full plate, it’s a great place to eat with vegan and non-vegans together.

This restaurant is seriously implemented Covid-19 restrictions which is very good for us as diners. Tables are 6ft apart, sanitizer gels at the door and front table for customers to use. Covid prevention signs were posted around the restaurant. Restaurant is very clean, employees are masked and sanitized tables after customers left. I ordered #1 which is Tây Hồ combo special. It tastes good and very fresh, service is fast and friendly.

I came in lunch time and the service was fast. It took 5 minutes to get the food ready and 3 minutes to get togo food. They had fish sauce and chili on the table so no need to ask for extra. The Banh Cuon is yummy as always, the cuon thit nuong is a bit chewy.
