Great time here! Came in and was surprised to find half priced burgers! delicious. I subbed fries for a side salad that was so fresh. Fabulous pick if you need to dine in somewhere near the airport. Server was kind and quick! Not so many vegetarian options though.

The place is interesting in that people hang out there who are not travelers. Our bartender had the butt of Kim Kardashian and was botoxed to the hilt. Her eyelashes were wild. Wide selection of beers and some good food options like salmon sliders.

I’ve went here three times during my stay at the Holiday inn. The service is just terrible. The first night I asked for seltzer and they brought ginger ale. I’m diabetic and had my sugar get really high because of the two sugary mouthfuls I had. Then we had to wait over an hour for the food. The next day we waited and hour and 20 minutes for food. Today I went down for pickup and no one acknowledged me. Even thought there were 3 employees chatting with each other. So after 20 minutes I just took my to go order off the counter.

I mean… The only good part was Mercedes the bartender. The food took over two hours, though. Second time (I was staying in the hotel) the food came a bit faster but still took a while. Mercedes was still cool tho I liked her. She was trying despite the kitchen just napping or whatever they were doing.

Tried to get food, sat for over an hour and never saw our food. There were only like 4 tables other than ours and our waitress spent the whole time with the tables she was friends with. Brought us water and didn’t give us an option to order anything else to drink. Only came to our table once after we ordered and didn’t say a word to us just filled our waters and left. We waited 45 minutes and left because we had some of the worst service I have ever had.

I’m really confuse as to why this location only has 3.9 stars. I came here for dinner and to watch the NBA game 2 service was on point and most of all so was my blackened shrimp tacos!! Bar Louie keep it y’all need more credit than what’s given. Shoot out to bar tender and staff. Y’all should definitely check em out!!!
