The waiter didn’t give his name we had to ask for salad dressing for a salad. We had spinach and artichoke dip it taste like cream cheese with a little spinach in it no artichokes and a whole bunch of Parmesan cheese on top of it. that taste horrible the chips for the dip or fried extremely hard we asked to send it back, and the waiter did not take it back and did not remove it from the bill. We ordered chicken and shrimp Alfredo and we got just shrimp but was charge for chicken after telling the waiter that it was a problem with our bill. He took it back and came back and it was the same amount and his response to us was that that’s the cost of using a credit card poor customer service will never return. Will try the one further down the street I think it’s an oak lawn. Poor customer service very poor.

There were different customer service reps that didn’t offer the same as the ones I had the pleasure of meeting (different staff). Drinks with a slice of pizza wasn’t offered the last time. But the pizza is good.

The customer service at this location is horrible. We had pizza incidents before with this place and we have given the bad pizza back to the restaurant so its not like this is our fault. I haven’t ordered those same pizzas before with the company and this time around I ordered food and the food was okay. I decided to order food again and the company blacklisted us because we have too many Google numbers which is annoying to the management even if there are only a handful over the past 5 years. Then the manager stated that they don’t want to do business with us because the driver had to waste time to enter in a credit card number because we temporarily are waiting on a physical card and only have a digital card. Do not give this company business if they are going to gaslight you and treat you that way. I don’t do business with low life management and delivery drivers that complain this way and I am sure the owner isn’t supervising anything.

Good food and service. They need a men’s room with larger capacity. The dining room’s capacity appears to hold about 50 diners. But the men’s room had only a single toilet!

I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase tonight. I called to place my order for pick up I ordered the Pasta Bianco and asked that the spaghetti noodles the use be substituted with linguine instead and add extra sauce. My family and I have patronized the other location in Oak lawn for over 20 years, I decided to try this location out on the way home. Let me mention I live in Hyde Park so not to close.

Oh My! I am on a quick business trip to Chicago and wanted famous Chicago deep dish pizza for dinner. The first two places I tried did not have indoor seating. I didn’t give up and happened to drive by Barraco’s Pizza and noticed a Chicago Police car pull in to eat. I figured he knew what was up for a great restaurant. Amazing service from Rob and an amazing meal! Sauce, crust and toppings were awesomely well as the calamari appetizer! The restaurant is very nice with white table cloths and a great family story to the business. Stop here for sure!
