When I tell you… this is the best shawarma sandwich I have eaten in my 31 years of existence in and around dearborn… take my word for it. Unfortunately, the mother of all arabs… dearborn and surrounding areas don’t know how to make a good shawarma! THIS PLACE DOES! I tried it for the 1st time yesterday for lunch and slapped myself in the face for not going here sooner. I got it again last night. You will not be disappointed! All for extra pickles and extra garlic spread! literal perfection. I feel stupid for going back to places that never get it right and only now trying basha Grill. Flavorful, juicy, toasty, literal perfection. Keep up the good work! Whatever it is you do… you’re doing it right!

Pretty good. Need to try more menu items to form a full opinion. Nothing stood out to me as exceptional but everything was good.

O M G! The meats are cooked over charcoal. The chicken/beef shawarma was the best shawarma I have had in a very long time. Waiter was friendly but other staff truely had no friendliness what so ever. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. FYI: small seating area.

Lovely cashier, she left her counter to hand me the food, instead of calling me to come grabbing it. Very nice gesture from her!

I tried Basha Grill for the first time and I was really impressed by the amazing customer service compared to other restaurants in the area. We ordered mixed Shawarma Markuk, Mixed grill plate with hummus and Fatush. The Shawarma Markuk was really good and the only thing I did not like about it was that they put regular pickles instead of turnips in the beef Shawarma markuk. I’m not a fan of pickles in my Shawarma sandwich. Next time I will ask them not to put it. The Chicken Shawarma was a bit on the dry side. As for the mixed grill plate, the Kafta was the highlight of the dinner. Great flavour, juicy and beyond delicious. I wasn’t a big fan of the beef Tikka or what you might call “lahm meshwi” few pieces had big chunks of fat in them and it was well done. The tawook was bland and over cooked. The hummus and fatush were delicious but their garlic sauce was over powering. The rice had corn in it “not sure why?”. And finally their French fries are nothing special and they taste like frozen fries. I will give it another try for different menu items the next time I go there.
