We went to Niagra Falls for a weekend getaway. We wanted to do the tour of the falls. We were looking for this type of food, because let’s be realistic.. who doesn’t love home cooking when away from home? I found this place on Google and by the pictures alone knew this was for breakfast the next day. We went on a Saturday morning..as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a young man saying “good morning” and he let us know we could sit wherever we liked. We picked a table in the back, and we were immediately greeted by a young lady asking about drinks.. the atmosphere was on point! They had r&b music playing just loud enough to remind you of the good ol days, but quiet enough to still have conversations while you waited. The food didn’t take long at all, and the quality was like nothing we’ve had in a while.. 10 thumbs up to the cook!! The waitress checked on us multiple times to make sure we were good and satisfied, but we never felt rushed to leave. Very laid back environment. The serving sizes were huge and the prices were beyond decent. Eating here was probably the best part of our trip.. we STILL talk about it! I highly recommend stopping here, you will not be disappointed.

My GF and I drove up to spend our 2 year anniversary in Niagara Falls. She found Betty’s Cafe with good reviews. This is by far one of the best breakfasts we ever had. The food was on point! I had the chicken and waffles. The cornbread waffles are not under or over cooked, it’s just made to perfection. You don’t need a knife to cut it just your fork. Once you take a bite, it melts in your mouth! The chicken fried to perfection and I don’t know what’s in the seasoning but it’s on point! Grits with cheese bruh, Grandma Betty taught ya right! All of it was delicious and definitely worth the wait as they make it all from scratch so be patient!

Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Not sure about the rest of the food. Menu selection looks interesting. Atmosphere.. needs a little work. But it depends on what you are seeking. Clean though.

The food here was perfect. The cornbread waffles and chicken were out of this world. The pancakes, bacon, eggs, and toast were spectacular. Everything was amazing! We wish we had food like this in Chicago. Definitely will be coming back anytime we are in the area.

This place is amazing! My family of 7 was leaving Niagra Falls after a 4 day vacation and stopped in on our way out. The food was delicious. Our waitress accommodated our entire group beautifully. If I were staying longer, I would absolutely come back! They are doing their Grandma Betty proud!

So far, my 1st visit and NO sweet potato pie or ribs? After reading the reviews I was wanting to try some pie but was disappointed today. A.great sweet potato pie is hard to fond these days as many people don’t know how to master it anymore.

This place deserves an award for best food ever! Everything we had was off the charts amazing. Sweet tea is not like normal sweet tea but it’s infused I think. It’s amazing. Catfish and fries were on point. Also the people are extremely nice. Loved the family atmosphere. We are only visiting but will be back before leaving and this will be somewhere we will come back to again.

We were spending time at the casino in Niagara Falls and wanted to eat somewhere other than the casino. This is an excellent restaurant. The food was very good. I had the catfish and grits with 2 scramble eggs. Very flavorful. My husband had the chicken and cornmeal waffle. He enjoyed it. I was full, but I had to try the peach cobbler. I bought it home and it was very good. If I could give a 10 , I would.
